Very happy with the service received from getting the appointment arranged to the boiler installation. The guys who come round to do the boiler install Terry and Declan. Very professional, clean, tidy and attention to detail / knowledge very impressive, all round top guys will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Also very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the whole process following our initial enquiry to boiler install (3 day turnaround)

Really helpful sales team. Fitted boiler within 2 days, did an excellent job and were cheaper than the rival companies offering similar services.

I recently had my boiler installed by EazyHeat and honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went.

Shaun did the installation with his son, and they were both great to have around. Shaun in particular was such a friendly, down to earth guy and made the whole experience feel really easy and stress free. They arrived right on time at 11am and had everything finished by 5pm, and I was genuinely impressed with how tidy they left everything afterwards.

Craig was also fantastic throughout. He was incredibly responsive from the start and even got back to me over the bank holiday weekend, which I really appreciated and didn’t expect.

What really stood out as well was the value. They offer two years interest free, and their quote came in at least 10% cheaper than the bigger companies I looked at.

Overall, it just felt like a really personal, honest service from start to finish. I’d happily recommend EazyHeat to anyone.

Joe was excellent overcame a couple of obstacles not of his making, very down to earth and nice bloke, reccomend him every day of the week boiler up and running, over all well pleased with everything.

Both Craig and Joe were really helpful and went above and beyond for my boiler to be installed the same week. Joe fitted the boiler to a high standard and left the area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience, the team at Easy Heat clearly price themselves on customer service. Dealt with Craig and Joe to purchase and install a new boiler, Craig was quick to respond to any questions when finalising the boiler spec often into the evenings which was really helpful as I work during the day. Joe came to install the boiler and was a pleasure to have in our home, good humoured and a great work ethic. Unfortunately Joe suffered with some car trouble on the day (these things happen) but rang ahead to let me know and ultimately still managed to arrive within the time window noted by Craig. Joe then worked really hard throughout the day to ensure the boiler was fitted the same day. Rated them five stars as I was really impressed by their customer service, attention to detail and work ethic, would definitely recommend Easy Heat and will use them again in the future.

I recently had a Vaillant boiler installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. Craig was an excellent point of contact throughout the whole process: very helpful, responsive, and always available to answer any questions I had.

The installation itself was carried out in a timely manner and the team did a very tidy job, leaving everything clean and well-organised. It’s clear they take pride in their work.

Overall, a great service from start to finish, and the excellent warranty gives real peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them.

I found Craig very helpful and informative throughout the initial process and had an excellent job carried out by Shaun who is one of life's characters! The installation was very tidy and done on the day I requested and Shaun took time to explain everything to me and on completion cleared up and left the premises clean.

We chose easyheat on the excellent reviews, large choice of boilers and advice given, the prices were very competitive and the 12yr warranty is a deal breaker. Replacement combi boiler Booked with Craig on Friday installation by Joe on Monday. Slight delay due to traffic but Joe did keep me informed...no problem for me.
Arrived and got straight to it, explained what he would do, drain system checked the gss meter and power supply and left him to it. 6 hours later, all up and running. Alpha e tec plus 28NX was our choice. Excellent right up on these, great price. Workmanship was excellent, fitted perfectly in the space, Joe left everything clean and tidy, Lovely guy, talked through all the relevant details, operation ,warranty, servicing etc.
Heating is exceptional very hot very quick. Great shower better flow and much hotter, fantastic. Highly recommend Easy heat and would certainly use again. Fist class....*****

After having a leak from the boiler the previous night and having to put bowls under the pipes I decided enough was enough and to purchase a new one.
I went online and selected Boiler Central and filled out a short form and waited for a reply .
After about 30 minutes a phone calll came through from a mobile number I didn’t know but I answered it and so glad I did. .
Craig then sent information about each option and asked for further photos and measurements. He then gave us the best option available and booked us in.
Two days later our engineer arrived as promised.
At 11.30 JOE arrived a really friendly and confident person which is always a great sign.
A problem arrived we couldn’t locate our stop tap. It was outside and covered in rubble and soil. He said ring Yorkshire Water and declare an emergency which we did.
He continued to dismantle the old boiler and remove it and go get spare parts within the hour Yorkshire Water had dealt with the problem.
JOE then convinced us that now he will do what ever needs to be done and complete the job .
It will be a challenge but it will be done and indeed it was .
All completed by. 7.30pm and working perfectly
I am always very sceptical on trades people not going to do what they say and instead only do 50% of what they promise .
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL GET 150% OUT OF JOE he is like me and doesn’t l like to be beaten

I cannot begin to recommend this company enough. From start to finish their service was impeccable. The boiler was for our daughter and her families home. With four children she could not afford to be without heating or hot water. Her old boiler packed up on Tuesday that evening the new boiler and fitting was already scheduled for Thursday. A huge shout out to Craig who responded to my online enquiry within minutes and guided us through the application we were then provided with a list of boilers and fitting prices to choose from.(wish we had known about this company in October when our boiler packed up !! Exactly the same boiler as our daughters but we paid a £1000 more 😞) The plumbers Shaun and Finn arrived promptly took their time and explained everything thoroughly Shaun even leaving his personal mobile number in case any problems or further advice was needed. First class service.

Had an extremely positive experience from start to finish. Got quotes emailed and a text from Craig within the hour after filling out the web form pretty late a night. I was pleasantly surprised to learn it was not automated!
Craig was very knowledgable and happy to answer my million questions later into the night which made me feel confident I was going with the right company. He explained what was required and once I submitted all information our installation was booked for the following day (another very pleasant surprise!!). Especially as our old boiler had completely broken down so we were completely freezing and desperate I couldn’t be more grateful for such speedy turnaround.
Joe turned up today, ready to tackle the world, and the world he tackled. Lots of hurdles along the way (our boiler is not in the most ideal place, our flue is on an incredibly steep roof etc.) but not a single complaint from Joe he was always keen to find solutions and not just spew problems. He told us at the beginning of the day it’ll be a long job but he won’t leave until it’s finished, and he finished every last bit with complete attention to detail making sure everything was as perfect as it could be!
Really pleased with the service and would 1000% recommend to anyone needing any boiler work done. Especially installations.
In the best way possible I hope I don’t need to use EazyHeat again (aside from annual service) because I hope I will not have a broken boiler again anytime in the near future! It’s very clear they take great pride in customer service and it’s a breath of fresh air to experience a company who genuinely lives up to their promise of being customer centric.

A simply faultless service all round! I needed a boiler replacement ASAP so clicked through on their online quote calculator which was simple and short. Within minutes, I had a message from Craig with my quote. Bear in mind this was Friday night after work hours.
After sending some photos of the boiler to Craig it was arranged for the Tuesday and by 4pm my tenant had hot water and heat.
On top of this, the price was very reasonable. In fact, it was cheaper than the engineer that condemned the old boiler.
Don’t think I’ve ever been so impressed with a company from the building trade.
The feedback from my tenant was that the engineer, Manuel was so helpful and explained everything to her.
I will happily be spreading the word to friends, relatives and work colleagues.
It’s so reassuring to know that there are still trades people out there who do exactly what they say!

Late on Thursday i noticed my heating had packed up,it had been messing up for awhile. So got on the Google and randomly clicked on easy heat. I filled in the questionnaire,it was after 11pm so I didn't expect a response till the next day but Craig texted me within 20min so I decided to call back it was nearly midnight but by the time we finished I was booked in for Saturday morning. Sean arrived 10:30ish. A very friendly man that new his job by 3:30 or so the new boiler was in and done he even helped with an issue I was having with two taps upstairs. The whole episode from first contact till job done was approx 2 days.Even cleared any mess and took the old unit. Top job !

Very pleased with the installation of our new boiler. The company booked us in quickly.
It was not a straight forward job because of the poor weather conditions as our old flue was situated in the roof and had been leaking. Despite the amber weather warning Joe completed the work to ensure we had our heating up and running. He did an excellent job and nothing was too much trouble. 100percent recommend this company.

Excellent service from EazyHeat for my boiler conversion to combi. Ian was brilliant throughout the sales and communication process — clear, honest, and very helpful. The installation by Shaun and Callum was outstanding: professional, efficient, and completed to a very high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy.
