I ordered stick on care home stickers that were advertised as durable even in industrial washing machines. I followed the application instructions & they seemed to stick quite well. However, they came off in the first wash in my my own domestic machine. My brother ordered them as well & had the same issue. Very misleading claims. Do not buy them. On the plus side, the easy tags work well.

Ordered a nursery starter pack and a bag tag on the 9th April. Order hasn’t arrived after a week so I messaged them. Told me it had been dispatched. Waited another few days, still not arrived so messaged again to receive the same message and told to wait a few more days due to bank holiday. Messaged again today and was told it had been stuck in the download system and not even printed yet. Got a refund. Will not use this company again.

The labels arrived and were completely illegible and they refused to print the reprint them.

So far not all impressed. I ordered a child's safety band for my son to wear on the beach on holiday. My order still hasn't arrived so can't take it on our holiday tomorrow. Will not be ordering frim these guys again. *Plus we can't blame the postal strikes as they are happening next week not since I ordered.

Their products are fantastic and they offer a huge range of labels/tapes/stickers, etc which cover pretty much every item you might need to name.
My daughter is at boarding school so I use a lot of name tapes!
Very happy with the quality and customer service and fast shipping to Switzerland.

I've been using easy2name clip on tags for nearly a decade now, and I just re-ordered some tags as well as some name stickers for my daughter starting at secondary school. Delivery was super prompt, quality is always reliable, I literally haven't used another company since I found them all that time ago. The clip on tags are so easy to use, they never fall off and take seconds. Fantastic products and company.

Great customer service. I had problems with the stickers and contacted the company via Facebook. Alison sorted it for me and posted new stickers right away; I was very happy with the service and will definitely use Easy2Name again :)

Ordered mid Oct and package never arrived. After several contacts via email telling me to wait further and further and further and promising a refund if the package wouldnt arrive, just today I got told " The package is in Italy and we hope it will reach you soon".
Never buy from this site!

Awful service. Not worth the money or the hassle. It's not a very intuitive website and it took so long for the order to come through that I placed an order with wovenlabelsuk.com after and it arrived before easy2name. I do not recommend them.

Not impressed, firstly the stickers come in a lot of different colours half of which daughter doesn't like but it does not show that on the online preview of what you are ordering. Secondly the bag tags I ordered were printed wonkily, and the name stickers were printed randomly in different font sizes most of which were really small writing which is not what I ordered. Contacted company to complain and was told they will only replace some of the items, replacements didn't come. Contacted them again weeks later and was told they had been dispatched on the original dispatch date before I even contacted them in the first place which clearly they hadn't.

Also daughter finds the sew in name tags itchy. Still waiting for replacement items, won't be using them again or recommending to anyone

Ordered Thursday, dispatched Friday, arrived Saturday. Reasonable price compared to other brands, nothing fancy but does the job it needs to do, name the kids clothes. Will order again. Reliable and speedy service.

I ordered new name tapes on 14th April which states' usually despatched within 2 working days' 12 days later - no sign. Therefore be careful if you are in a hurry as despatch is obviously flaky.
