Absolutely awful. Never received the order. Customer service slow at responding. Still awaiting refund for items that never showed up!!!

I was a bit nervous about ordering from this site from how bad the reviews are, however, saw someone on TikTok ordered and got theirs so I gave it ago.

Got my order, it took just over a week for production to delivery which isn’t bad. They look so cute and I’m glad I ordered!

They now appear to be using UPS for delivery, the Royal Mail issues in the other reviews must have been taken on board!

Order doesn’t turn up, stay clear of this website as it’s a scam. When you order they say it’ll arrive with Royal Mail within a short time frame then it never comes. There’s only a customer service email and all they do is say they’ll send out another order which also never turns up they act really helpful on email but they don’t actually send anything out. Then when you ask for a refund all of a sudden they don’t respond.

I was skeptical based on reviews on here but I had a bit of time til I needed the stickers and I thought the price was worth the risk. My order was very delayed, so I reached out to customer services by email and they were very responsive. Despite me agreeing to wait while the royal mail dispatch was investigated, they then sent out a second delivery, which happened to dispatch on the same day the original order arrived. Then they kindly let me keep both orders. The customer service workers were very friendly and helpful and the stickers themselves seem good and just like the design I created. Happy customer. Seems like they just need to use a different courier service! Shame Royal Mail has become so unreliable.

I read these reviews first before ordering so knew I was going in with the chance of not receiving my order from the look of the reviews here. I ordered 3 sets of names, order went in within 24 hours and despatched next day. Delivery said 3-6 days from that email, however did take just over a week. Not really that long a wait in my opinion. They look great! I haven't tried them on anything yet but they seem very good quality. I also thought they were really reasonably priced compared to other sites. I would happily order from this website again.

There is no contact number for this company. Terrible customer service. It took over 7days for the labels to arrive. I ordered 120 labels; only 36 arrived. When I inquired, I was told they would give me 20% and order new labels. How insulting. Don't buy from this company.

Just don’t deliver !

It’s one star because I needed to give a star rating. I’ve been waiting for the labels since the 3rd of June, it’s now the 16th!
They haven’t come within there delivery window and I’ve had no response from customer services either.
Avoid!

Absolutely rubbish didn’t receive the stickers seem to be ongoing pattern according the reviews too. Waited over 1 month but still didn’t arrive

Order didn't turn up after 30 days. Contacted the company who said they would resend. Didn't show up again. Let down. Say they rely on royal mail service in UK and they can't send a tracked delivery. Silly.

Received my labels. Great quality and have stuck on wash after wash. Would 100% recommend

Ordered some labels from Hipi but they didn’t arrive after 2 weeks of waiting. Checked trust pilot reviews and got a bit worried (although paid through PayPal). Emailed customer services and they said the post must have lost them. Order was reprocessed for free and they have now arrived!

I don’t think it’s a scam at all. I spoke to customer service who were super helpful! I do genuinely believe there are some postal issues. But customer service sorted it for me ASAP. Haven’t used labels yet but they look fab :)

Ordered on 20th August - messed around twice. Keep blaming the post - I don’t believe they are putting the orders through.

Labels ordered on 21 August and still not received. For some reason my order has left Oslo but I thought this company was based in the uk. Website states 3-5 delivery time but this is not the case

I order my labels over 2 weeks ago. Still have not received them. I have reached out to the company and have not had an acknowledgment or a response.

I had received my order in time. Colours were vibrant as they were on screen and easy to use. Design is also nice and appealing. After washing for several times, there is no damage at all.

I ordered some labels for my little boys things for nursery. They did take a while to arrive but the customer service was amazing and they really help if you need anything.

The labels are fab and my son loves them. I would definitely recommend them.
