My wife ordered me a record on Dec 2nd, it's now Jan 18th. No record, NO replies to email, even through their Ebay seller account. Not sure why these guys decided to become shady all of a sudden. Maybe it's all that absolute $HIT rock they now put out.

Steer clear of this label at all costs.

Wish I had seen these reviews ahead of ordering. Submitted an order for a £40 hoodie and have heard nothing further. Have sought a further update via the store email, but it has gone unaddressed.

If they are going bust, that’s unfortunate, but they should stop taking money on orders they can’t/wont fulfill.

items never recieved emails go unanswered think the company may be in trouble as this seems to be happening in other posts on here just lately so avoid.

Absolutely useless, no communications from them about the order I placed in december, I've emailed them multiple times and haven't had any response, guess I'll cancel my order on PayPal for a full refund

Wish I’d check the reviews on here before buying. Obviously a scam company. I ordered a CD and 3 weeks later it’s still not arrived and no response to my email. I’ll be contacting trading standards to try and get something done to have their site shutdown

Earache records has top quality vinyl. The shipping is overseas, but it is worth the wait. You can get hella deals on their sales, and the sound quality is killer. Highly recommend them. No cheap bullshit bootlegs here... Their communication is great too, I've always gotten a response to clarify timelines on pre-orders and updates on shipping. Great company to buy from, you just have to patient, grasshopper.

Emailed and chased 3 times with no response.
Total shambles.
Paypal refunded me instantly which was the only good thing about this experience.

I placed an order on the 16th Dec 2024 and received the usual email saying I would be notified when my item was dispatched. It’s now the 8th January 2025 and I’ve heard nothing and no response to my two emails, I think I’ve been scammed wish I’d read other people’s reviews of this company before I ordered. No contact telephone number just an email address which no one answers, don’t waste your money buy from a reputable retailer instead.

I have been trying to contact Earache Records for 8 weeks , firstly to cancel an order, that would was scheduled to be delivered within four to ten days, it wasn’t , there was no response to emails asking when this was to be delivered. After this Several emails ignored cancel the order. I kept trying to cancel the order. I kept trying to get a response earache records no responses at all a few days ago. I received an email to say that the album was to be delivered. I have emailed serval times again as I want to return this album as the wrong album has been sent and still no response. I wanted to order the new album by Those Damn Crows but because of the poor communication failed deliveries. I’ll be avoiding this company in the future so I certainly wouldn’t recommend. I doubt they will read this. I doubt if I’ll ever get a response and I’m probably stuck with an album that I didn’t order. No chance of a refund because you have to contact them before you return a product so I think I might take this one to Tradeing standards. It’s only 30 quid but there is a principal involved here.

Update.. 22/01/25 . still no response. Email sent again explaining that the parcel is here to collect at their convenience. 15 days notion before further action to be taken. Advice was asked for from my credit card company . Trading standards also will be informed .
It’s the principle of it all now .

I ordered two CD's direct from their website and received the standard email confirming the order and payment. I have never received the goods or any further communication for them. I have contacted them twice using their website comment facility and also replied three times to their original email. I have now accepted that I have lost the money and will make the purchase elsewhere

Made an order nearing a month ago and it’s not shipped, due to Xmas (order made a week and a half before Xmas) I gave it a while longer and sent an email, not had any response for a couple of days so I sent another email, I have send around 4 emails at this point with no response back (from the contact page and using there email in a different sender just to make sure it’s not me) i would not mind a delay if there was some communication now I feel like I’m down £130 and don’t know what the state of my order is or refund. It’s a shame as I was hoping to put another order for vinyls that I was hoping to get from them but I honestly have no trust in them, I will be contacting the bank to see if I can get my money back that way.

Absolutely atrocious service for a record company, don't waste your money you would be better buying it from Ebay

So on black Friday I bought 3 tops, I recieved them yesterday!. Nearly 5 weeks from when I ordered it. I emailed and messaged them over 10 times with no response to a single one, in the end I almost went to the bank to retire the transaction becuase It was getting ridiculous. No contact number, no response through emails, no care for customer service and ridiculous delays on dispatch. Never am I wasting my time with you lot again. Get a grip and either give customer service or bugger off.

Like others have said. .. do not order items from this travesty of a company... goods do not arrive and they fail to answer emails.. how they remain in business is a mystery. .. ? I even checked Companies House to see if they were bona fide company. ..

Hello, make order on 1 dec, for 200 euro , not answer my e-mails, not send goods. I take steps to credit card company for refund.

You place an order, you pay, you wait... You contact them... You hear nothing... You contact them again... You wait... And wait... And wait...

As with other reviews, this company fails to do ANYTHING after you've paid them for goods. Nothing.

My bank is now involved.

Only gave 1 star as can't give zero. Complete scam company. They are happy to take money but don't send items or answer emails. Avoid like the plague. Formal complaint lodged with PayPal to get a refund. I urge everyone who has had the same experience to do the same.

Complete shambles of a company. Ordered an item on 9th December, delivery times meant to be 5-7 working days. Still no update by 17th December so I emailed them. No response, emailed again on 18th. Still no response and no further update, order still showed as Unfulfilled. Emailed again on 19th December telling them to cancel the order. On the evening of Sat 21st December, received an email saying it had been dispatched!!!! Order received on 24th December. Still no response to any emails no telephone number to ring. Plenty of posts of Facebook from them about random stuff but can’t be bothered to reply to customers. Will never order from them again, absolute stress that’s not needed when all it takes is common decency to reply and provide updates to customers. No customers = No business. Treat them right and they’ll treat you right.

Have bought from Earache several times in the past and it's been a fairly good experience, but this time it's been awful, ordered taken on the 15th Dec, was kinda expecting it within a week considering it's Christmas, 23rd Dec, still nothing, despite contacting them twice via e-mail.
Hope they can sort out their problems as it's no way to run a business.

This looks like a scam, DO NOT PURCHASE. You do not have any point of contact apart from an e-mail that nobody answers, i registered a complaint with my bank.

I placed an order on 6th December and I still haven't heard when it is going to be dispatched. Tried contacting the company but no reply. I work in retail and this time of the year being busy isn't a reason to give bad customer service. This is the time to make new customers.
