I have ordered from them many times now and the customer service is more than exemplary. I have always received prompt, understanding and accommodating help when something has gone wrong. This has happened to me twice with all my orders and the customer service is more than excellent. I can really recommend them.

Awful company to deal with ,48hr royal mail delivery!!!!! Yeah right be prepared to wait weeks but "please be patient" is all you get from them in the end I had to get PayPal involved and suddenly 2 days after PayPal contacting them my stuff appears...Never again.

Where abouts on the sale does it say it's not due in till the 1st of May ??? NOWHERE .... and if there is delays explain yourselves properly not with "Be Patient " that's not good enough and finally if your expecting big orders do something about it don't just plod along at a normal rate as a company looking after your customers should be priority.

It’s been a month and they gave me a fake tracking number and they keep giving me a run around excuse that it’s on the way! You are in UK I am in Germany, seriously these people are thieves!

Earache Records is a legit operation and since I become a customer through Scarlet Rebels and other groups such as number 1 obsession alt blk era they haven't put a foot wrong in Communications,sometimes you do have to be patient for shipping items especially pre order or if they are busy

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Got a confirmation email of my order, but nothing regarding shipping. 'Be patient' is a poor choice considering how much faster almost any orher online service is.

I made an order prior to reading the reviews below. Obviously, I was concerned that something similar would happen with my order. In a way, it did. I too emailed earache asking for details about when my order would be dispatched and like many others received no reply. I now tend to agree with people l who advise patience, however. About a week passed before I heard anything from them, and that was to tell me that my order had been dispatched. I also received a generic email apologising for recent issues and the lack of customer service/communication. This email contained a code for a 20% discount on future purchases, valid until the end of March. All in all I am happy with the service provided by earache. The order was packaged very well and arrived in exceptional condition.

Bit slow - But got everything I ordered. Took two weeks all in from purchase to delivery, which is all good.

Ordered a vinyl box set December 2024 paid a tip and also 48hr postage . Waited and waited..Feb 2025 they refunded my money saying they have no stock and relisted the item for 3x the price .

Ordered a hoodie in the November which was intended for a Christmas gift. Instant notification of receipt of order which was great then nothing...absolutely nothing for two months. One reply to my multiple emails asking for the order number then nothing. By February was about to start a case with PayPal and the hoodie finaly arrived. Its a lovely hoodie my friend is very happy but it should of not taken over two months to get to me especially as I live in Nottingham where Ear Ache are based. Will never use ever again.

I got an instant notification of order confirmation, two weeks later I got a dispatch email and two days after that, my item arrived. As described, packaged well and my husband will be super pleased.
The only issue is there's not much customer service communication. However, I understand life gets in the way some times. My item arrived, it's what matters most. Thank you.

After purchasing several records, I got an immediate confirmation of my purchase. For whatever reason, it took them 12 days to dispatch the records via Royal Mail, but I got them safely in the end. Just relax people; it's an established record company having been around for decades. I'll be looking at what I can get next time as I'll certainly buy from this legendary label again. (Edit) The delays were explained via email as the Team weren't able to keep up with demand for a while and focussed on despatching the items rather than answering emails. Just relax with the 1 star reviews.

I preordered a set of 4 records. They only sent 3 and are entirely unresponsive through contact, email and Bandcamp. Scammed me out of £30.

Awful company I ordered a cd and said me sent 24hrs still received nothing luckily I paid with PayPal so I've managed to get a full refund. Avoid this company

As per so many other reports, I ordered an item showing in stock 7 weeks ago. They took my money however have never dispatched the item and several emails (including asking for a refund) have gone completely unanswered. Shocking

Customer support is currently unresponsive, but calling them scammers isn’t fair.

I placed an order on Dec 12, 2024, and received it on Jan 28, 2025. Everything was in order, and they properly filled out the customs declaration, meaning I didn't incur any EU import costs as they had confirmed by email.

Their customer service used to be responsive, so I’m not sure what’s changed. Be patient - you will receive your order.

I ordered bunch of records 16th November. Today 28th January - i got nothing!!
No response, no records, no refund.
Bad situation!

Order made late December, not dispatched 1 month later. No reply to emails. Not happy.

Awful company, don't respond to social media messages or emails relating to orders.

Waiting on multiple orders for over 3 weeks. No response from the company about dispatch and no response when you email them. Website features only an email address for contact details and no phone number or chat line. Really concerning and seems quite shady.
