Actually no stars, no one answers the phone and details on adverts cannot be trusted pls note that they are now Pets Global different name same crap Buyers beware. I am moving on to other sellers. Horrible people

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Delivered order to the wrong unit and block. Trying their best to avoid a refund. Don't deal with these dodgy people.

Found their rebate somewhat attractive and my wish to support the "smaller guys". Buy $150 and get 5% rebate, sounded good. However good luck ever getting all your orders delivered either on time or without certain items cancelled. either they can't seem to fulfill your orders or its their odious intention to make sure you can't get your rebates.

They deleted bad reviews and complaints online and even made fake positive ones. Whatever it is, I'm not buying from Eamart anymore.

Purchase from EAmart because of the rebate so usually will consolidate my groceries to meet the minimum but always have some items were undelivered in the end. Yes, it was refunded but it did not meet the minimum to get the rebate so in order to meet the rebate, you have to make another minimum S$40 for the free delivery. Note; their delivery date not 1-3 days, at least 5 days and yet still can't get the items in time for delivery then indicate the items are out of stock rather than making people to order and can't meet the delivery

Every order I made has a refund. Never once has a complete order. Can’t even update status of items on their website. They think it is so easy to give refund then we have to look elsewhere for the item we want. Might as well go to others when they can complete your orders.

It’s so bad that everytime I order, my product goes into the cart fulfilled. When delivery day comes, my order suddenly goes out of stock. The only reason I gave two stars is because I got back my refund.

Some items not delivered. Email to them but get no reply. Hotline is forever busy and put you on hold.

Notice that they have removed their google reviews? That's because most of the reviews are terrible, and those which are not are obviously from employees/ friends/ paid.

They have been this terrible about not delivering items, sneakily not informing customers about it, and then making it hard for customers to obtain refunds, ever since they started, not sure why authorities have not shut them down yet.

This is a giant legalized scam.

Same as everyone else here. Items incomplete and no way to get a refund even though they give you the option to ask for a refund on incomplete items. There is no way to contact customer service either. Reply on their email with questions but it was never answered. Please DO NOT BUY from them.

Bought $70+ worth of items and only 1 item came. The rest were 'OOS' as claimed by the delivery guy, but when i checked online it was still available (?) . Contacted EA mart through email, no replies. Phone line is dead too. They also delete/hide angry reviews on their fb page and to get a refund you have to be relentless on their fb page(always check back because they might delete/hide your post) + just send them a message on messenger.

Don't stress yourself out more than is necessary and buy from somewhere else!

Items were never never delivered and refunds either. Customer service is unattended. Very likely a scam with a decent website.

I came across this online dealer through Citibank promotion. My 1st purchase is completely unpleasant and time wasting. Their apps is so sluggish and keep resetting. Most importantly, me too, received only partial of my purchased on 7 Apr 2020, 2 weeks after my order. I replied their email by requesting them to deliver once available. But did not have any respond after that email. Their so called customer service, contact and feedback are all nonsense, just for good looking, you will never get any respond from them. I pay $80+ but received only merely $6 product. It is totally cheating. Think have to contact Citibank for an answer.

I am a senior ordered with EAMART. Items were not delivered in full. Extremely difficult to contact their Customer Service till date. This company seem like a scam setup, I had raise a dispute with my bank. The next I may file a police report. If all who put in a report here do likewise. The authority may look into this company’s modus operandi.

They have taken my money and have not delivered all the ordered items. I have been calling them since 2 weeks but no one picks the phone. Email them also no proper response. Seems they just want to collect the money and don’t want to return the money for failed delivery. Dishonest business.

But got reply from facebook., after few days they called and settled.

Total scam. Cheating children and families during time of COVID. Did not deliver essential supplies during this stressful period, putting families at risk. Did not return numerous emails and phone calls. Will be escalating to government consumer agency. Will not refund money on order paid for 3 weeks ago and never delivered.

No stars if possible. Another consumer scammed by EAMart. Totally did not deliver. Does not answer emails and places calls on hold for over 1hour, then cut off phone line.

There are missing items. I was only notified on the day that it was delivered. I understand that because of the CB they may have a lot of deliveries. However, it's been more than a week and nobody has replied to my email regarding the redelivery of the items. Been sending them email, until now.

Updated: Contacted through FB and they called me. Returned the money thru EAmart wallet. Thanks!

Just like the rest of the people here, Late delivery (8 pm to 10 pm), was at home the whole period but they arrive around 12.30 am. Was missing a few items and I figure it should be like redmart or fairprice, Nope, no email, no update, none whatsoever. For the next 2 weeks, I emailed them, Facebook messaged them, used their website inquiry option, pretty much most, if not all possible ways to get a response or follow up. Sad to say, I've just become one of their served and forget customers. I guess Eamart is also one of my bought once and never again online retailers...haha

i ordered EAMART from Mar and arranged delivery on Apr 3 but when they sent items, i haven't received full items & called their customer service & email no one reply me back . My order number 2020-0004193 from EAMART site .I ordered 12 items but only received 6 items that are cheap and the rest all missing. Very stupid & not responsible website i have never seen before in Singapore. I wanna share with all of you better don't order from this web site and Redmart &fairprice a little bit more expensive but never miss or lost items when delivery.
