Never ever would I buy anything from you again. Your toys are cheap and not worth the money you put on them. They show them to be bigger and nicer and they are very cheap!!

Total Wrong, my money received and not send my order. This is fake.

Purchased two $40+ Track Fusions. Also purchased anither Track Fusiin set for over $70 to work with the other two. As usual had to wait, then waited for grandsons bday. This is what was found upon opening it.

Emerson opened and tried to play with the cube track toy yesterday but the train car thingy doesn't work. It turns on, but the gear wheel that is supposed to move it along the track stops spinning the second it's on the track. Sometimes it will spin when it's off the track, but the second you touch it and the gear has even the slightest lightest resistance it stops spinning. So unfortunately the little train car thingy doesn't work at all. Thank you

Many emails, no refund due to over 30 days, even tho it didnt even work at all. Shabby workmanship, shabby company, with no customer service apparently, or even honesty being as it arrived broken and unuseable.

Instead of sending a new set (balls/cups in assorted matching colors) for the last 3 months this company is sending duplicates of items I already had. I have emailed with photos and missing items listed. Apparently they do not know their colors. Seriously!! This was initially a Christmas gift and here we are in April and pieces are still missing. I do not know where the replacement items are being shipped from, but it takes forever and they are still incorrect. Never again!! What I received was not what they pictured on their site.

If I could give a zero I would. Over a month wait when it says it will arrive in days. Items show on tracking shipped from china but come from a ladys home in naperville, il. Items arrived damaged and they will not respond to be able to do a return. Still waiting for third item in order and zero response.

I got lucky - the item arrived 2 hours before the party. Seems well made with a lot of variety to keep kids occupied. The instructions were in Chinese and there was no real packaging, so for gift giving it was a little cheesy.

I can’t rate the product yet because I ordered it on 3/5/26 and today is 3/21 - the day of my niece’s 1st birthday - and my gift for her still hasn’t arrived. I know returning it will be stupid expensive. I wish I would have come here before buying. 🤬

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered toys for my daughter and it took **a month and a half** just to receive them. When they finally arrived, the quality was a huge disappointment—cheap, poorly made, clearly mass-produced items that are nowhere near worth what they’re charging.

To make matters worse, I’m still missing part of my order, and it’s now been over TWO months with no resolution. Customer service has been unhelpful and slow to respond, if at all.

This feels like a complete ripoff. Save yourself the frustration and money—stay far away from this place.

I fell for this scam of a company - do NOT order from them. Never received my toy order and all I got from them were excuses. Slide on by this company - total scammers.

Buy from the SCAM Kiddie Korner at your own risk!!!!!!!! Took a month to receive the wrong order size of shoes!I ordered 2 pairs 9-12mos -the size I got was for 4yr olds! They respond that they'll help when the shoes arrive, and just need more info. I send the info-(but they arrived a month ago)which they refuse to believe. Finally-after arrival they promise to refund or replace--hahah They refuse to believe the shoes have been here for a month! Their tracking claims they'll be here soon!How can you deal with a company that has no idea what's happening?It's been 1 1/2 months-I give up and will donate them to Goodwill! How does this company stay n business? Probably because of suckers like me buying off facebook! I have learned my lesson-this is a SCAM and daily I get new emails offering discounts! Wow, I wish I had read these reviews first. A company out of Florida should be able to deliver their products in a reasonable amount of time!!! I ordered on Feb 26, and it is now March 13, over 2 weeks later, and still has not arrived for our Grandson's birthday.

The item arrived very late. They did offer a 20% refund if I kept the item which I decided to do since shipping it back was very expensive. I explained that I would have to hold onto the item to give to my grandson next time I saw him, which would be in a couple months. When I gave him the toy it worked but the charging cord did not fit the toy. When I asked for a replacement cord they said sorry it is beyond the 30 day period. I had explained that due to the late arrival (missed Christmas) I had to give it to my grandson later when we saw the family again. They replied again, it is beyond 30 days and no exceptions.

I would rate zero if I could. I never received the toy I ordered for my grandson for Christmas. 17 days later with no tracking information, I tried to cancel but they said it had already shipped. Received random, cheap, cat toy w/ no company info on package that they claimed as proof of delivery. Kept telling me product was on the way, but then said I waited too long to file a claim. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Very poor quality toy. I understand the shipping delays, it did come from China. However, the quality of the flying fairy is awful. Worked a few times but then would work for 1/2 second each time the switch was turned on.

My order, which I had been waiting for a long time, then came in a light plastic bag; of course, the box was damaged. I'm trying to return the order, but they refused to send the shipping label. The way they handle the problem looks like a scam.
This merchant has significant issues, including very long shipping times, poor quality, and unresponsive customer service.
I am considering the company untrustworthy. I would suggest avoiding any business with that company.

Took a long time to ship. The product that arrived did not match what was advertised and would not work for my needs. They maintain products change overtime and buyers shouldn’t depend on advertising. Offered me a 20% refund and keep the product. Or a full refund once I pay to ship it back to China. The issue is their faulty adverting. I should not have to pay to shop this all the way back to China. Buyer Beware.

Order took over a month to arrive. Shipped directly from China. Slow response from seller as this was a Christmas gift that was ordered two weeks before Christmas and arrived three weeks after Christmas. Cheap plastic toy that was worth a quarter of the price paid. Website proclaims themselves as American but items shipped direct from China.

For Christmas, I placed an order for the TinyDoc Interactive Human Body Book for Kids. I was so excited for my toddler and nephew to enjoy these interactive books. Not only did the items arrive super late, I did not receive what I paid for! See the photos of what I received vs. what I ordered. I was expecting an actual ring binder with many sheets that included pre-cut Velcro pieces for interactive play. This is false advertisement at its finest. I reached out to their customer service team and I was told I could receive a 20% refund and keep the items or return the items for a full refund. I am not paying to return anything to China.
I explained that they did not follow through on their policy of delivering what I ordered. I basically was told to either return the dumb-down items to get a refund or keep the items and receive 20% refund. Nothing was ever mentioned about getting the actual item I ordered. They did not offer to correct their mishap which included sending the exact item I was expecting to receive in the first place.
My mistake was not looking more into this business prior to ordering. I saw other reviews and posts advising about how fraudulent this company is. Many others did not receive what they paid for or did not receive their items at all. I have learned my lesson and to anyone else who reads this… DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Unfortunately, I did not research this scam of a company before purchasing a product"Stackl" I saw advertised on social media. It was ordered on November 3, 2025....Had the same horrible experience as all others' described. Issues with delivery/tracking notifications, generic apologetic emails for delays, I went to the USPS , they state. was a scam!! Product was never delivered and E-Mails state it was .. I have one another order out there, doing the same thing!!!That one was ordered on 12/14/2025! I am not even giving them a One Star

Beware. Order arrived 25 days after order date. Site says 3-7 business days. Item shipped from Hong Kong. One item arrived in damaged packaging. No protection for items. Refund process is cumbersome and expensive. Items cost ~$40. Return cost $32. Company did offer 30% refund to keep items. Felt that was my best option. One positive is the communication was timely and consistent.
