VORSICHT Am 29 November 2020 habe ich ein Radio gekauft. Ich hab das Produkt zum Liefertermin nicht erhalten. Ich habe den Verkäufer Kontaktiert und mir wurde versichert das dass Produkt am 25 Februar 2021 geliefert wird. Bis heute habe ich die Ware nicht erhalten. Kein Geld , kein Radio

There were bit's missing and the base didn't fit properly so I made some bits to do the job because it was to much hassle to repack it and return it as it was my wife's birthday the next day and she would of been upset

Super late (1 month) delivery, apparently due to supplier (Pioneer) sourcing even though the website said the item was in stock at the time of purchase, which was disappointing. I was kept up-to-date via e-mail, though I did have to prompt for updates most of the time and usually waited a day between replies.
Eventually was compensated for this experience and the item arrived soon after the supplier came through.

Ordered an active crossover at the weekend & delivered on Friday morning. When I contacted DYProAuido for a delivery update I received a reply almost immediately and given the tracking details of my purchase. I will use again and recommend to others.

I’m a newbie bedroom DJ (2nd time around) and bought a pioneer DJ-400 as a covid boredom buster, I had set up issues and had a long video chat with Dan who talked me through all my issues and got me up and running again. The ddj is great but the service was exceptional, I’m confident I will be using the guys at DY Pro Audio long after this ddj has been replaced!
