Ordered item, turned up ok. Worked for a while, went faulty within 6 months. Would not honour the warranty, and would not respond to emails. Better to pay the extra from a genuine company

Had the speaker 8 months and it went tinny, it was suppose to be portable but the charger always had to be connected. The seller told me to return the speaker at my own cost and would charge me an extra £20 if they couldn’t find an issue with the speaker. Delivery time was delayed, I understand the website explains if the item in not listed as in stock there could be delays, so I chose a different speaker to ensure delivery would be on time, and it wasn’t. I was having to constantly email the company for an update after purchasing.

Wrongly advised on website.
When I ordered my lights on the website, It stated that they would be delivered within 3 days & they were in stock, A week later I sent a email asking where they were? I was informed they had been ordered from the supplier & they will be with me shortly. I gave it 4 more days and I emailed again, I was informed that they were expected imminently. They arrived 3 days later. If i had of known that they would of taken so long i would of brought them from elsewhere. *That had them in stock but £5 more*

Needle in a haystack...
At the back end of 2022, Dan found my Holy Grail, a DDJ1000. All other stockists were quoting 2023 including Pioneer, however Dan found one.
Three months later it was stolen.
After struggling with a second hand deck through the year. I went on the search for another DDJ1000....
Once again Dan & Simon came up trumps - I cannot thank them enough....
I am once again in my 'happy place' ....

I purchased Ibiza battery powered PA…
I purchased Ibiza battery powered PA speaker after shopping around DPA offered price match which was a good deal l was able to fine it a good deal at the time order the speaker I got a email they in informing me did not have it in stock there would get it from suppliers but you need ordered it in from suppliers would be seven to ten days correspondent via email to customer services keeping me updates was able to get tracking order number l did have a issue the speaker got back in touch with customer care informing them that it won't hold its charge l got back with customer service vear email they was able solve problem which took a couple of days where they got back in touch with the manufacturer sending out a replacement battery overall very happy with the speaker

Brilliant service and product
Absolutely fantastic site and fabulous service, slightly cheaper than other sites and extremely fast delivery, I ordered equinox pulse tubes they cakes the next day and are brilliant LOVE them, couldn’t recommend enough. I’m a perform and wanted the lights for my shows and I couldn’t be happier with them

Item took a while to arrive
Item took a while to arrive but it was a birthday present and turned up in time. However, despatch and tracking information could have been better – came home one day to find the package sitting on my doorstep.

I purchased this speaker it came and…
I purchased this speaker it came and the on/off switch was stuck but once plugged it in it worked.
It lasted a year before the speaker blew..👎🏼
