It was easy to book an appointment online and easy to contact them on the phone after I realised that I had given them the wrong telephone number. On the day he arrived at a ideal time and quickly and efficiently sorted the problem. A blockage at the manhole on my drive. Personable young man who did the job

Came out within an hour to sort a sewage drain problem. The guy was brilliant and worked his socks off to just get one of the drains open, he found the problem and then cleared it. Helpful in cleaning up the overspill and was friendly the whole time.

Amazing service. I had an emergency in my bathroom where a lot of waste came up from my toilet and shower plug. It was awful. I had tried a different company at first who made me wait hours only to send someone who couldn’t help. I contact Dyno after this and they sent someone within the hour. He sorted the problem very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this service.

Prompt and polite I felt terrible as it wasn’t anything they could do I had been mis informed by my plumber but the guy was very understanding

Dyno-Rod supplied an engineer to come and clear a blocked drain on Saturday evening, the engineer Cory came promptly well within the time slot and cleared the blockage. Before leaving Cory left the area clean and tidy. Very happy with the service

I got a same day service which I didn't expect. I got a set price which was reasonable. The blockage was sorted and was shown what the issue was and how to prevent this happening again. The engineer was chatty and settled my nerves about the job quickly

Shocking service and I would never use Dyno-rod again. They spent 20 minutes trying to find the problem and said we needed a camera investigation at a cost of £900 (We rang a local firm who found the problem in 2 minutes and resolved quickly). We received paperwork from Dyno-rod saying they had been onsite for over 2 hours and the customer signature on the form was falsified. After complaining, we received the 'excuse' that the employees mobile device was not working hence why the wrong time spent was recorded and no good reason for falsifying our signature. They offered a refund of 50% but refused to refund the full fee. Absolutely scandalous behavior and we would recommend you use anyone but this firm.

Engineer contacted me before arrival, very friendly. We had a pretty simple issue but the job was completed professionally and helped us identify where some extra pipes in our manhole came out

Plumber was nice enough, straight to work after a brief description of events. Can't help but feel ripped off though. £195 was the initial quote, (wrongly) assumed this would include investigation via camera of the toilet blockage. I was informed that that was just the call out charge(!) and that camera investigation would cost an extra £80 on top of that.

The plumber managed to clear the blockage and kindly demonstrated with the outside manhole that the blockage was clear, but all he did was stick a drain rod down there - £195! Id urge caution and a finding out a clear breakdown of costs before proceeding to anyone interested in Dyna_rod services

Friendly chap, quick and efficient. Advice was given. Drain cleared and flow restored within 10 minutes. He even washed the driveway for me.
