Received a phone call to confirm booking also check that I was aware of standard charge and terms and conditions. Very friendly staff member.
Engineer rang to advise he was 20mins away. Good communication all round.

We can see your booking was made online where our charges are quite clear that a fixed rate £190.00 for a standard unblock will be charged and a phone call prior to the visit was also made quoting the charge. This charge applies for any time duration at site provided it falls as a standard unblock not requiring additional specialised equipment therefore the charges aligned with the price structure shown.

Engineer was extremely helpful. He phoned to inform me when he would arrive. Was on time. Listened, discussed and dealt with blockage problem. He's ordered a camera check to be done as it's been an ongoing problem, to see if any cause can be found. Was thorough & i totally appreciate his help and advice.

I strongly do not recommend their services!!!!!!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Dyno-Rod Plumbing and Drain Service. A team arrived at my home, but after 30 minutes, they informed me that they couldn’t do anything that day. I was charged £120 for this visit, which I find completely unacceptable!
The appointment window was set for between 9 AM and 3 PM, yet they showed up at 2 PM. It makes me wonder if they simply didn’t want to put in the effort and preferred to collect a fee for showing up on a Friday instead of actually helping me. Their job was to investigate the cause of the toilet blockage, but they did nothing of substance.
It feels like they could have just as easily told me over the phone that they wouldn’t be able to assist instead of charging me for a visit that yielded no results. It seems that each additional visit is just another opportunity for them to collect more money without genuinely resolving issues.
In contrast, I had a previous experience with a Polish company that worked tirelessly to address a similar blockage, even if they couldn’t pinpoint the exact cause. Unfortunately, Dyno-Rod did nothing and simply stated they couldn’t help.
I strongly do not recommend their services!

Blocked waste pipe, hard to get to.
Chris from Dyno-Rod came out to fix the blocked waste pipe situated in our kitchen. Waste water had been spilling out from under the washing machine for the last few days when any water was used in the house. It wasn’t the easiest pipe to get to and as you can imagine was not pleasant to work on. At first it wasn’t budging and he prepared me for the worst but he persevered and it finally cleared. He was a lovely guy, he went above and beyond to clean up after himself too, can’t fault him. Many thanks.

Initially book Drain Doctor …
Initially book Drain Doctor who said they would come the following day, they cancelled on me 30 minutes before they were to arrive. Contacted Dyno Rod and they came on the same day, they even phoned to see if they could attend earlier. The gentleman who attended was very polite, helpful, explained everything and was understanding to my elder father's needs. Would definitely recommend!
