No call out charge- no such thing
Although they claim it is a no call out charge and no obligation quote service, they refused for an expert to come and look at the problem. Instead they asked what the problem was and said someone will come out and fix the problem for a fixed charge. I repeatedly told them I wanted someone to come out and see what the problem was instead of relying on my lay-person knowledge of what I thought was happening. They refused. I went to another local company who was more than happy to send an expert out to see the problem for themselves, which they then quoted me a price. The Cardiff branch customer service agents had the most belittling people skills I’ve ever come across.

No quote to remedy my blocked drains
I booked an appointment on 11th September and the operative came on time. He tried his best to clear the drains but was unable to do them all due to a build up of mud grit and roots. He suggested moving the down pipe and laying a new drain to the manhole and I asked for a quote to carry this out. I have heard nothing and can't find contact details for the company he came from.
