Absolutely fantastic service from Dyno rod Glasgow. Firstly it's a pleasure to speak with a human on the phone. The technical experts are fantastic. Ive had them out a few times and never thought to leave a review. There are no sharp intakes of breath or headphones. They do what they need to hasslefree and with professionalism.

Initial confusion fixing date for work (fixed by national HQ), then receiving a text to confirm a different day. All sorted out satisfactorily with the Scottish HQ. The guys who came were immensely cheerful and efficient, explaining the root cause of the problem and fixing it promptly and efficiently. I would recommend.

Extremely happy with the service provided
The engineer, Brian, was friendly, work tidily and was considerate of my home and family.
He worked with a level of determination that was impressive and was able to resolve the issue we had with our blocked drain, despite the challenging configuration. We had another company out to look at the same job who were unable to resolve so was delighted that Dynarod got to the bottom of the issue.
I would have no hesitation in recommending

Fantastic Service
Real easy, user friendly system. Booked an online appointment for a blocked drain and was called back within half an hour to confirm engineer booked. Attended when stated. Very professional, polite engineer carried out the required work efficiently and quickly. Cost was given upfront with no added extras. Second time I've used Dyno-rod and never disappointed. My go-to for issues like this as the whole customer experience is excellent. A special shout out to the lady who called me back. She was brilliant.

Drainage engineer very professional . Got to the root of the problem very quickly. And expertly removed the obstruction i.e. brick from the drain. Called ahead, kept us informed . True to his word. Would highly recommend.
