Called and they were out before lunch…
Called and they were out before lunch time on the same day. Explained what they were doing, fast and efficient. Just need to put the washing machine on to see if it's worked but he advice me I have 90 days guarantee. Expensive for a 10 min job but what can you do.

Spot on .Joe came in and got straight on it finding the problem and fixing it , unfortunately when we had building work done couple of years ago they covered the inspection drains but Joe managed to get the jet cleaner to clear the blockage. Very happy with the service cheers .

William the engineer was a pleasure to deal with and he sorted my problem whilst keeping me informed and taking great care to look after my own house and property.
I wasn't sure how much the charge would be, but in the end perhaps only slightly more than a local plumber, if I had been able to find one at all. So overall very satisfied with the service.
I am very pleased to have found a responsive and professional service for any future problems
