The same as past experiences with Dyno office/field staff you never quite know what you are getting regarding negative/positive attitudes, on this occasion I’m concentrating on the positive people Robert and Darren who work the Hull area are a very pro active and positive people a credit to Dyno

The worst company I have ever dealt with. We had a leaking shower over 1 months ago and they still haven't been to fix it. I've rang numerous times and been told lies and cut off.
I have two sen children who have not had access to a shower for over a month. Absolutely disgraceful human beings.

Top class engineer, very professional and managed to find the issue four other British Gas engineers could not.

I’ve been for whole day at home and they didn’t come, I’m sure nobody also called my number I have a proof, I had my phone in the pocket for whole day.
I can’t take a shower it’s just a nightmare, I called them again and they said they put me on emergency list and they still didn’t come, never ever use their services.

Two guys that came today were very helpful and knowledgeable, and took into consideration the fact that I have just had a stroke while explaining the situation and procedure and processes, a real compliment to their employer.

I have just had a radiator replaced and the service I received was excellent. The fitter ensured everything was fitted and working effectively. He was extremely professional and polite.

Leaking radiator valve fixed under BG warranty. No complaints at all

Our toilet just stopped flushing, this is a big deal when you have one toilet and 4 adults, one of which has autism and ocd around hand washing and toilets, the engineer turned up and sorted it all out, the toilet now flushes and fills up in no time and it's so quiet, the engineer was a really nice and pleasant chap, thank you for sorting us out on a Friday evening

My frail elderly mother (just discharged from hospital) had an apparent leak near her washing machine ..

Living 200 miles away, I managed to get an plumber appointment for the next day, arrived when expected and spoke to me on the home webcam..

He confirmed the washing machine wasn’t actually leaking and checked to make sure no other leak causing the water on the floor.

All sorted so now I know my mother is safe at home and no leaks to worry about.

Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

The man who did my powerflush was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Did a great job.

Came in on a Sunday. Did everything needed made it work perfectly and can’t recommend them enough. Would definitely use them again with out hesitation.

Dyno-Rod's two plumbers who came to fit us a new radiator were great! They were friendly, polite, punctual and quick and tidied away any waste materials generated by their work. What more could one ask?!

Gave them a call after trying many local plumbers was offered an appointment within 48 hrs great customer service great chap that came out and didn't charge the earth for what needed doing

Cistern filler valve and tap washers replaced by very pleasant plumber
Only took 20 minutes and tidy job done
Reasonably priced and they communicate and turn up which is the main thing, especially important if you were to have an emergency
Recommended by a neighbour and will certainly consider using their service again

Russell came to fix my dripping,stiff kitchen mixer tap.He had the job done in no time.Kept me informed throughout,gave me advice.He was totally professional and friendly throughout,a very pleasant young man who is an asset to your company.Thankyou Russell.

An inexperienced company to deal with

we had a blow out from the flexible tap connector in the hot water bath. gallons of water through the ceiling anf lights.
dyno technician kane arrived at 10pm, called through bh homeserve..
absolutely first class. diagnosed swiftly. capped hot water tap till part fitted today.. just 12 hours later by martin.. also superb service.
fellas, thanks a bundle. awaiting the sparky to test electrics and boiler also to be engineer checked but having a shower and water on after my very sweaty exercise last night in 28 degrees was a life saver.. this was the leeds branch at its finest... dyno.. keep your staff and reward them, they deserve it.
