Dyno-Rod - Plumbing Yorkshire Omdömen 

Got a quote for an over bath shower where there was none before. I said I wasn’t sure about electric or mixer. On advice, I went for a mixer as this avoided the need for extra electrics. I bought a shower for Dyno to install. It became clear the office had no idea what work I had been quoted for. They said for continuity they’d send the same plumber to do the work. They didn’t. The plumber who arrived was very disparaging about the idea of fitting a the shower I’d bought and suggested he re-quote to install a pump in the loft. The shower I had bought specifically said it was for all water systems and gave good flow even at low pressure. As I have an existing EV Mixer shower in an en-suite which works very well I couldn’t see the issue. He appeared not to believe me, but I decided to go ahead. When he showed me the finished the head was twisted against the wall and there appeared to be poor flow. When it came to paying, Dyno didn’t even have the correct figure I been quoted.
Once the plumber had gone my guest, who I’d put the shower in for, untwisted the hose adjusted the shower head to full and took a shower. She says it is great. No it’s not a full on power shower, but it certainly does the job as a second shower which is what I wanted.

So impressed! Booked online and just over 24 hours later, all fixed ( and to such a high standard). Nick did a fantastic job, outstanding service and customer care. It’s reassuring to know that you can get an emergency repair done so quickly and well at such a reasonable cost. 2nd time we’ve called on Dyno and great customer experience both times. Thanks Nick!

Dyno-Rod visited my home in order to carry out a Power Flush. The guy who came to do the work called MARTIN FENTON was absolutely brilliant. He worked continuously for 6 hours. He was polite, courteous, respectful and happy in his work. He explained what he was doing throughout his visit. He listened to our central heating issues and did his best to solve them. He was a neat and tidy worker. All in all a pleasure to have in our home. Dyno- Rod look after this guy. He’s a great ambassador for your company.

Had work done by Dyno via BG homeserve previously which was great. Had a leaking toilet cistern & contacted Dyno. Plumber came the same day as promised, he was polite, professional & friendly. Identified the problem & fixed it promptly & charged a reasonable price for the job. Would certainly use again & would not hesitate to recommend.

Martin called to my leaking radiator and tightened everything up which seemed to repair the leak, unfortunately it needed replacing as it still had a very small leak. Although Martin had left he returned within a couple of hours and replaced the valve. Pleasant, punctual, very clean and tidy and respectful to our home couldn't fault him. Thank you Martin.

Came out to our hot water storage tank leaking on a Sunday. Made it safe and fitted a new closed system tank the following Thursday as soon as the parts came in. Fast, polite, helpful guys both on the calls and during visits. No mess, job done in a day and all at a competitive and reasonable price. Would I use again? ABSOLUTELY YES.

the service was initially great - they came on time, were friendly, and fixed the leaking pipe. However, a part they fixed failed resulting in our bathroom being flooded. they came out immediately to repair the leak and said that their insurance would cover the damage given it was faulty part installed, and they sent out their team twice to take photos. That was in May. Since then I have phoned, left messages, emailed but no reply back. We still have a gaping hole in our ceiling and water damage, and still no response to update us on when it will be fixed.

Very approachable, efficient, explained everything, turned up when expected, and tidied up when finished .

Plasterer came to repair ceiling. He was quick, efficient and tidy. End result looks very neat and I'm sure once painted I'll forget the hole was ever there! Thanks very much.

I am happy with the visit from the plumber today. He got on with the job, showed me the faulty part and was extremely polite. My toilet is working well now. Obviously I shall see how it is after a few more flushes but the plumber did say to get in touch if I had any problems. Thank you

Plumber turned up a few hours earlier than expected. He was coming to fit a new toilet as the previous Dyno Rod plumber advised. The plumber said he didn't need to replace the toilet as he could fix the existing one which he did. Hopefully we won't need to replace the toilet any time soon!

Above and beyond service. Norman the Dyno Rod Engineer had to attend a few times to fully complete the job and sort out our central heating. He was absolutely brilliant, apart from his professional knowledge which is what you are paying for he had a great positive attitude and made sure the job was finally completed to the best of his ability. What more can you ask for.
