Attended extremely fast (within 5 mins!!)
Sunday afternoon we found a leak in our home that had been caused by a blocked drain. Called Dyno-rod and Danny was 5 mins away and came straight over. Issue sorted and gave us some great advice to prevent happening in the future. Fantastic bloke and amazing service.

Same day service to clear our blocked drain. Danny phoned ahead to let me know his time of arrival. He was very professional, pleasant and efficient , after assessing the problem he cleared the blockage . One very happy customer 😁

Zero care for my home
The most disappointing management and control of their franchisees. The only reason I can think that a job that was so horrendously attended is that their manager of my local branch does not care for the brand or their customers.
After bodge after bodge job they finally agreed to repair their work but 6 months later we are no closer. Time to consult legal advise.

We’ve requested more information from Mr Simon, but as of yet have heard nothing back. We are unable to find a Mr Simon on our database (although admittedly that may be his first name and we don’t always take first names) but judging by his grievance we should know of a job with problems. We therefore suspect this is either an incorrectly allocated review or it’s for Dyno-Plumbing.

Danny’s a diamond!
Danny was great. He rang to let us know his eta. He sorted out the problem quickly and explained the issue. He left no mess and we were very happy with service. We would definitely use this company again. Well done Danny!

Good service
My only complaint is that it would have been nice to know when someone was coming, everything else was great, the engineer was really nice, even took his shoes off before entering the property, sorted the problem quickly with no hassles. Even when I thought the toilet was leaking and rang him quickly after leaving, he returned straight away to check for me. Very clean and tidy, very polite and courteous, thank you, would definitely recommend 🙂
