Martin saved us!
Martin was awesome. He rang ahead of time to let us know he was coming. And even though the situation was not as simple as expected, he skilfully solved our issue and charged us what had been quoted initially!

I can't praise them enough for all their help they've given us in the past couple of days when we've had to deal with a local water Co and the time they've taken to help me resolve the situation.
And to their engineers who came out to fix our blocked drains.

Rob called me prior to his arrival. He was very polite and informative about all the drains and what he had to do. Very happy to have our sinks draining again 👍🏼. Thankyou and will definitely use Dynorod again and recommend them for a good job done 😀

Excellent service, from the initial conversation to the visit by the engineer was very professional! Our engineer identified the problem and resolved it immediately! In addition he checked all the pipes to ensure there were no other issues. Highly recommend!

Problem dealt with seamlessly
We made a call to Dyno-Rod & within 30minutes he was here with us!
He took time to tell us what he was going to do & & kept us up to date as he found & fixed the problem.
The whole thing from phone call to the job being completed was seamless.
Would definitely use Dyno-Rod again should we ever need them.

Martin to the rescue!
Really easy booking process with clearly stated options to choose for our issue. Martin rang ahead of time to say he could come earlier than our booked slot which was great. The drain problem was resolved quickly, with advice then given as to how to avoid future issues. Professional, friendly service at a reasonable price. Thank you.
