Hervorragend ist exakt die richtige Bewertung!
Wir haben eine bestimmte Bad-Armatur gesucht und diese direkt auf einer iItalienischen Seite entdeckt. Die Italiener machen einfach besseres Bad-Design!
Die Kommunikation war einfach und unheimlich schnell! Auch die Beratung war ehrlich und geduldig. Wir brauchten einige Wochen, um die passenden Komponenten zusammenzustellen. Als es letztlich um die Bestellung ging, wurde ich doch ein wenig skeptisch, ob das aus dem Ausland so reibungslos funktioniert. Im dem Fall hat mir Trustpilot geholfen. Die ausschließlich positiven Bewertungen hatten mich beruhigt und ich kann diese reinen Gewissens bestätigen. Die Lieferung dauerte zwar etwas länger, aber sie kam unbeschadet und und zu einer ausgezeichneten Qualität bei uns an.
Leider gibt es diese Art der Geschäftsabwicklung viel zu selten!

Designerware für das Bad aus Italien
Nachdem ich eine bestimmte italienische Designermarke für Badeinrichtungen im deutschen Handel nicht gefunden bzw. bekommen habe, fand ich diese Produkte im Internet bei "DWELLI".
Es entwickelte sich ein reger Schriftverkehr mit dem Geschäftsführer. Alle Anfragen wurden von ihm prompt und fair beantwortet. Ich bin deshalb aufgrund einer positiven Einschätzung das Risiko eingegangen, diese recht kostspieligen Produkte durch die Firma DWELLI aus Italien liefern zu lassen.
Alles ist perfekt hier angekommen und ziert heute unser neu gestaltetes Bad.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Firma DWELLI kaufen und kann sie nur empfehlen. Weiter so!
