Perfect a basin mixer, and perfecr seller
I recently purchased a basin mixer from the seller in Italy and I am very satisfied with my experience. The seller was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and the shipping took a bit longer than expected due to holidays, but it was worth the wait. Good experience
Ordered an Agape mirror to be delivered to Singapore. Despite not being a large order, Dwelli were always quick to assist on WhatsApp when I wanted to know the order status or ask questions, and the product arrived safely and on time in Singapore despite being a 120cm fragile mirror. The price was also much better than local distributors in Singapore. I will consider Dwelli for future bathroom purchases when I want nice designs.

Commande a été passée pour mes clients le 18 septembre: 3 robinets et 1 vasque Antonio Lupi.
Lors de la commande de la vasque il est impossible de connaître les délais de livraison car ils ne vous les donnent qu’une fois la commande passée.
Une fois la vasque commandée les délais sonne sont pas précis et il faut toujours relancer le commercial.
Enfin ils annoncent que la vasque devrait être prête pour début décembre, nous sommes le 15 décembre et malgré mes relances, aucune réponse concrète concernant la date de disponibilité, livraison etc.
D’autant plus que les 3 robinets de mes clients sont retenus en otage car tout est expédié en même temps sauf si les clients payent une autre livraison. Pourtant la moindre des choses serait d’envoyer déjà la robinetterie à titre gracieux en guise du geste commercial vu l’attente interminable pour la vasque.

Great experience through the whole process of ordering and receiving the tiles guided expertly by Giandomenico. 10/10 would order again.

Wonderful experience from the beginning of the order until the reception of the shipment .
The sales officer GIANDOMENICO is truly amazing ! He knows his products very well and always answered immediately all questions I had. Giancarlo also kept me updated during the whole process. He even has sent me a reminder the day before reception of the shipment to tell me that I should sign “ conditionally “in order that he could open a claim in case this would be necessary!
I was just stunned by so much professionalism and customer care!!

Ich habe mm gnaue technische Zeichnungen bekommen, die mein Schreiner dann benutzt hat, um die passenden Möbeln anzufertigen.
