After care is not the best. I would not buy again.

Telephoned in the morning to check availability of the car, told it was available. Went to the garage and viewed the car, took it for a test drive, on return viewed all the paper work and agreed a deal. I paid a deposit and agreed the sale. Drove back home to receive a phone call to be told that they had sold it to someone else earlier and its no longer available. I was told the boss had sold it to someone the evening before and it was a massive mistake. I telephoned the boss later that day who informed me they hadn't sold the car the evening before and as far as he knew, it was still available. I explained this was an absolute P#%s take and that I was buying it for my son and they had caused alot of upset. The owner got aggressive over the phone telling me to come to the garage in person to get my deposit, which I will be doing, not an issue! Avoid, because this garage is untrustworthy and extreamly crooked. Don't trust a word they say, if this is the service yoj get before the sale, imagine the service you receive if there's an issue.

bought a Citroen Berlingo in February, it broke down on the way home, phoned them and was told to limp the car home, it took them 2 days to get the car recovered from home. No communication, car delivered back a week later with no explanation and no phone calls answered. car since then had had 2 big problems, Steering rack failure and DPF system failure. I am seriously out of pocket
Do NOT buy from this dealer

Very happy with these guys, bought a lovely Volvo v50 from them. They weren't pushy or anything. Had a great test drive, they gave the car a new mot with all advisories done and a timing belt! (With proof) car was nicely presented when they said it would be ready. I would definitely go back again, and recommend them

Bought a Volvo V40 from these guys. When I bought it they said I needed to come back with the car to have a new timing belt fitted.

After multiple attempts to get in touch with them and my emails unanswered I had to give up.

The following was wrong with the car:

Worn tyres
Incorrectly fitted brake pads.
Worn timing belt.
Low oil level

After replacing all the tyres and then getting ATS Euromaster to do a service. We discovered that this car hasn't had any kind of service since 2021.

We took our concerns to the AA who have this company as an authorised dealer. Sadly they could not get in touch with them either.

This is a very dodgy company. We are out of pocket now. Don't make the same mistake that we did. Avoid at all costs.
