Exceptional customer service
Item received was damaged. DT Brown responded quickly, the issue was sorted promtly and professionally, I had the replacement withing two days, this is exceptional customer service, especially when we seem to be in an age of being either ripped off in the chase for ever increading profits or fobbed off with AI.

French bean plants with red flowers
My climbing French bean plants surprised me, they got red flowers!!?. Someone put runner bean plants in my order for climbing french bean plants.
Needless to say in future I will grow from seed, then I know what I am going to get. Its difficult to put a date to this, I didn't realise what had happened until I got the red flowers
