horrible. dont work with them. they booked my flight but refused to book my seats, and when i couldnt get in touch wtih Swiss air, they connected me with someone they "believed" to be a swiss air agent, but they were actually an online scam company that was able to obtain my information and charge me $3k+ USD for fake flight upgrades that I did not request. they have not taken accountability, despite being escalated to their president, who has also been passive and unhelpful. i am now one month out from my flight and just saw that the seat bookings I had completed for two 8-hour legs were GONE, despite paying $600+ USD. they are USELESS and actually such incompetent agents, I am so disappointed in their service

I brought their Egypt Express 57B solar Eclipse at Luxor tour 9/26/24(Confirmation Number PZN78PFGDC6) while I brought it, their site stated the finalized plan would be announced 1/1/26, I Paid them a total of 7,000.00 deposit. After my repeated requests, they finally emailed me 6/21/26 a confirmed itinerary with a price increase of 70.6%(3000 per person) and they removed the Gisa -GEM visit from the express tour and give us a choice of better tour plan included this visit for 13,500 per person. That is a solid illegal Beit and Switch practice.

Booked my Costa Rican stay through Renee Lovett. This senior was overcharged. When brought to their attention was "played". Nancy at Travel Impressions hung up on my attempt to provide them with a very negative review. Tom Mullen some so-called manager with the operation looked over the debacle with a smile. All the while, Miss Lovett compared apples to oranges during the fictitious appeal for a refund. Seniors, travelers: STAY AWAY from this rogue organization.
