Dropless Omdömen 

We’ve been meaning to use Dropless for ages but we never got round to it. Dont make the same mistake we did, book it today. Our car looks like new! Great service. Samuel was brilliant & did an amazing job. In the current climate love the fact there’s no waste of water. The app is great too as was the communication from Dropless.

Boris has got in touch and sent another technician to remedy the work who did his best to solve the issues with the initial repair. Results are satisfactory. Complaint was handled smoothly and professionally.

I have used Dropless to do some work on my new Tesla which unfortunately had a couple of simple dents in bumper. The car is Pearl white which is tricky in general to match. Unfortunately, it didn’t go well, the colour is not match at all, I wasn’t told that this will be the case. I ended up with spray all over windscreen as well which caused scratches while I was cleaning it. Overall, the experience with Dropless appears to be with washing or cleaning the car but body work, I doubt it. Unless it’s in my case and my car’s colour. The guy who came was nice and was efficient so no issues with that. The service was good from booking to finalising the work. But, I won’t do it again as every time I look at the car I feel pissed off especially it’s a new car and I thought they know what they are doing.

Once again an amazing clean by Muhammad. Car is shiny and spotless. He really does go the extra mile each and every time. Thanks for a superb clean!!

I've had my car serviced by Paul Mesina Adrian today and it looks amazing; better than when I picked it up from the dealership! I was very impressed with the service and I'll definitely use them again. At the end of the session I wanted to tip the guy, but the Dropless app and website are so full of errors today, including their live chat (chat keyboard wasn't working on my phone) and support email address returned a Mailer Daemon, that at this point it's just letting down their great service. Hope they'll sort it out soon.

AVOID THESE GUYS!!! They quoted me a reasonable price on the phone for cosmetic scratch repairs of £186 and when they turned up they more than DOUBLED the quote to 400 quid. The guy doing the repairs (who did a decent job hence they get 2 stars instead of 1) couldn’t believe how much I was being charged when I told him. He thought it was way over the top. I argued twice over the phone for a lower price and both times they flat out refused. Totally inflated costs. Really unsympathetic, unfair treatment. Avoid these guys at all costs.

First thing to make clear. I will be a returning customer. I had my cleaned by Martyn on one of the hottest day of the year at the beginning of August. A great person and ambassador for Dropless. He paid great attention to the detail and motivated to take his time to do a good job. There were a couple of things that could be rectified via a quick conversation. I usually used hand car washes, but found my car dirty again within a few days. 2 weeks later and my car still looks great. Apologies for the late review. Thanks Martyn.

Just collected my car, which had a clean both out and inside - it looks so good! I think it looks even better than when I collected it from the showroom years ago. Interior looks and feels amazing too. Muhammad did a great job!

Our car was in a state, muddy tires, straw on the carpet, dingy paint job, smelled stale inside. Booked the wash and interior shampoo. Muhammad did a v thorough job, transformed the car and took great pride in his work. Can't recommend him or Dropless enough! Will be using them to maintain the car now it's back to showroom status!

Ashley was a delightful fella, who was prompt, professional and done a stunning job on the spot, the damaged paint and cracked and flaked wall of the car panel was left as good as new,would highly recommend.

The graunch was painful to look at, and I feared the car would never look the same again! What stunned me was that, after the repair, I just couldn't identify where the 'injury' had occurred - astonishing!
