Having learnt to drive a number of years ago, it was good to have a refresher. It was good to be brought up to date with regards to distances you need to keep from cycles etc. Also the fact that you go 1MPH extra makes quite a difference.
John S, our instructor, delivered the course in a relaxed way. He was very helpful and informative and he put me at my ease straight away. He answered questions and didn't dismiss one of the students when he queried a speed limit. He checked it out. This to me is always the sign of a good instructor. I would recommend this course to anyone. It was very useful and I would say that it is value for money.

I found this a very beneficial course. The presenter/trainer was excellent. He introduced alot of humour whilst also promoting the seriousness of the subject. I would highly recommend the course and Drivetech.

A fantastic experience with excellent trainers who help you become an even better driver, reflecting on how to be safe, calm and confident on the road. I really enjoyed it. Foysal and Annemarie are terrific trainers - use humour and a whe pile of stories examples and videos.

The course was well run and very informative. good reminders on how to identify the road speeds because at times like a lot of people, we sometimes ask ourselves " what speed is this road"
Nicely delivered course and plenty of involvment which helps to impress upon you the need to stick to the speed limit. Hopefully i wont have to do another course for a long time - or hopefully never, but would thoriughly recomemd Drivetech to anyone.

As a driver for nearly 55 years, I did think that I knew everything about driving. However, this course enlightened me, especially around the subject of stopping distances with every extra 1 mph. It also emphasised that speeding might not get you there that much more quickly and more importantly perhaps not safely.!!
The instructor was very experienced, inclusive, non-judgemental, engaging and heconducted the course in a very professional way. It has definitely changed my way of driving now. Therefore, I guess it did its job.!! it was also great to be able to do the course online at home which fits in with my caring for my husband at home. I would recommend it highly instead of getting three points on your license.😁.

Not really something that I was looking to do however after being caught speeding a necessity as option of points not wanted. Excellent course and the instructor,Simon from Kingston was affable knowledgeable getting everyone online to participate and learn exactly why speeding has to stop.

This is a course that nobody wants to attend but being a naughty boy I was caught driving too fast so had to attend.
I found it extremely interesting and the content has made me think and change the way I drive. It really brought home the effects of driving too fast.
The course tutors were extremely knowledgeable & professional.
If you get the opportunity to do this course I’m sure it will change the way you drive, however my advice is don’t speed it will save you the £96 course fee 😊

The course content was truly about awareness - we were all reminded of our responsibilities as a road users. The informative approach to warnings, signs and signals and 'reading the road' will have a long term effect on my driving

Attended a Speed Awareness course which was a great refresher after driving for approx 40 years. I hadn't really read the Highway Code since passing my test in 1986; this course has made me realise I was not fully aware of certain rules/aspects of driving.
The course was informative and interesting and did not feel like a 'telling off' which is a great way of reminding drivers as to how speed can kill and seriously injure people when there really is no need.

Superbly organized course, true professional what they're doing... extremely recommend to each person,, just great, great, great... 👌

completed a 3 hour speed awareness course with instructor AJ McK. this instructor made the course not only bareable, but enjoyable. learnt a lot and recapped on a lot of driving rules and regulations. thank you!

I attended a speed awareness course with Drivetech yesterday and was genuinely surprised at how good it was. At no point did I feel judged for my offence, which made a big difference to how comfortable I felt taking part.

Our instructor Tony MC delivered the course really well. He kept everyone engaged, explained things clearly, and added just the right amount of humour to keep it interesting. The whole session was informative and easy to follow, and it definitely exceeded my expectations.

One small piece of feedback I would have is, during our group exercise on emotions and how they affect driving, we were asked what we would personally do to avoid those situations. While this was very useful, some of it didn’t directly apply to me, so I found myself overthinking my answer a bit. I think it could be even more impactful if attendees were able to reflect on their own offence specifically. For example, discussing why it happened and what they would do differently next time with input from the group. Especially when each offence is based on each individuals circumstances. I understand that might not always be possible due to personal preference or privacy, but it could add an extra layer of relevance.

Overall though, it was a really positive experience and I’m genuinely glad I chose this company. I’d absolutely recommend the course to others. Thank you again Tony MC 😊

This course was very well presented, the two trainers made it informative and kept it interesting with great humour added.
Far better than I had anticipated.
Will remember some very useful tips for careful driving in future.
