Having made an appointment to view a car, I arrived at Gatwick Honda on a very busy afternoon.

From the Reception desk to the admin stages and finally to the Test Drive, I was treated with the utmost courtesy.

There was no aggressive upselling and no pressures in any respect.

The young Sales executive, Piers, was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the product in which I was interested.

At short notice, he organised and accompanied me on a thoroughly comprehensive test-drive, where he listened intently to my specific requirements and provided very cogent replies to them all.

Although there was no vehicle that met my preference, I would have no hesitation in recommending this Honda Branch to my family and friends, as it was a refreshing experience to a person who purchased his first car over fifty years ago.

This is my fifth Honda and my third CRV. I couldn't fault Mike Moore's experience and knowledge. Mike is a consummate professional and thoroughly knows his "stuff". He guided me through the whole procedure and kept me informed from quoting, ordering the car and then through to the delivery - which came much sooner than we had been initially informed by Honda UK. I never felt pressured in any way and he answered all my questions about the car and the process. Sometimes it can be daunting as a woman going in to a car showroom to buy a car - in what can often be perceived as a male oriented arena - but Mike put me at ease throughout the whole process. I like dealing with Mike as the service he provides doesn't just end with you driving off the forecourt but he also rings at various points past the collection of the car to make sure everything is running smoothly and to answer any questions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mike Moore and the Driftbridge Gatwick team generally - I ought to give a shout out to Dan (Sales Director) and also Sam (Service Manager) and Georgia (Service) who all are a pleasure to deal with.

Jake was very patient with me, as I've never driven an automatic before which I'm now loving. Also he helped me get set up with all the tech, and connected my phone and showed me how to make things easy.
