Amazing customer service and such good quality!!
Received my order today from Dressed in Lucy. Had a bit of trouble with delivery at first, but it was promptly sorted due to the amazing customer service from this company. The clothes I ordered are such good quality (not see through, very decent material), and what has impressed me the most is that the tops are actually long enough (I am 5ft 10” and find it difficult to find tops that properly fit). I can’t believe I’ve never ordered/heard of this company before! I definitely recommend and will 100% order from again!!

Diamonte dress
I brought a dress for my birthday party and as soon as i got the dress I tried it on once it was fine and the day of my party I put it on the diamonte straps broke off the dress. I then had to try and glue the straps back down as I didn’t have a back up dress for that day. Didn’t think I needed one. Ended up with a broken dress so I contacted them and they said if I didn’t glue the straps on the dress they would of given me a refund. I shouldn’t of needed to glue the dress if the dress stayed together. Bad quality payed £20 and the straps were hanging on by a thin string very fragile. Very disappointed wouldn’t buy from here.

In your email regarding the £14.99 dress you purchased you had firstly complained about the delivery to which we made clear that your parcel did indeed arrive on time for the delivery option you had used. You then stated that 'as soon as you put on the dress' the strap broke. Our prompt and immediate response to the email you sent five days after this occurred, was that we would have endeavored to get a replacement to you for your party had you tried the dress on prior to the event. We can now see in your review that this has changed and you are now stating that you tried it on prior and it was fine. Our returns policy is the same of any other retailer whereby once the item has been altered or had an attempt to fix the garment with stitching or in your case glue, we are unable to accept the item back.
We very rarely have any issues with faulty products and when we do we will always offer a replacement or refund.

Very satisfied with my order from dressed in Lucy and wanted to express how thankful I am for the customer service.
Ordered over 5 items from them, and every single one did not just look and feel amazing; but I was asked where I purchased my best bits from. I especially have fallen in love with my Tulle Skirt and my sequence dress 💗
The Customer service provided by them was 5 star. I had a little issue when ordering which I
realised what a mistake I was making however; they sent an email explaining and honestly, not only was the response swift and on point, but they went the extra mile and exceeded all expectations! Thanks 👏🏻
I actually can’t wait to receive my next order I have made which are some super cute outfits for my holiday and the leopard wrap dress for my birthday meal ☺️

Amazing online boutique 😍
I can not fault any aspect of this company; excellent clothes which are different to the ones you see on the high street, amazing quality, helpful and prompt responses to questions by customer service and great value.
I’ve had numerous compliments on the clothes I’ve purchased from Dressed In Lucy, from jumpsuits, tops, jumpers to the amazing super stretch jeans which I have in every colour (every woman needs these jeans, I will never buy a different brand again!!)
I’ve always found the sizing true to size and on the odd occasion I’ve had to return/exchange an item, the service has been prompt and the customer service team always helpful and friendly.
I used to order lots of clothes from other online boutiques, but found the quality and sizing did not reflect what was being advertised. However this has never been the case with Dressed In Lucy. Every item that I have purchased looks as good as it did when I first bought it and that highlights the quality of the clothes that they sell. No bobbling, shrinking or fading and with the clothes I have just ordered from them (more jeans and some super cute shorts in the sale) I don’t expect any different.
This is the first online retailer that I have used confidently time and time again and will continue to do so.

Very embarrassing
Bought a dress to go out in for my 18th birthday, it arrived fitted lovely loved the dress so much. After two minutes of putting it on and already being late the strap broke at the front and back I didn’t have a back up outfit (so couldn’t wrap it to send it back I just wore it knowing I couldn’t return it) so I had to sew them back on after trying not to move all night to avoid the other strap breaking. it still broke and I spent the rest of the night holding onto myself to stop anything falling out. It was completely embarrassing and caused me to feel self conscious all night wouldn’t bother with this site again.

Ordered an outfit in 2 sizes as I loved it but wasnt sure on sizing. It didn't live up to my expectations & therefore i sent it back, a few days later i received an email to say I would not receive a refund for one of the tops as I had washed it! (they could smell the powder & the tag was wet) as I said to them I'm pretty sure had The top been washed there would be no tag left on it 🤷♀️ absolute scam of a company! AVOID

I have now received the returned top back- no damp smell (which is what you would expect with wet clothing) & the swing tag is good as new which apparently was wet when I returned it?
Well if you had any common sense you would know wet clothing which has been in a package for over a week would smell damp, not like it has been washed! No?
Also a cardboard tag does not just dry in good as new I would have imagined there would be physical signs as it was "wet" I will be referring the matter to trading standards.

We were as baffled as you are to receive a top back from yourself wet smelling of washing powder. At no point did we accuse you of washing the item. All your other items were dry and in a perfect selling condition, so you were refunded for these straight away. As you know the top is on it's way back to yourself for you to inspect it. Perhaps you could speak to a member of the household that may have handled the parcel or garment to cause the item to be so damp and scented? Perhaps the item was accidentally marked and then hand washed by someone other than yourself, which is why the wet tag was still attached? We value all our customers and we want them to receive perfect pieces in the post from us , therefore we are unable to accept wet, scented items that are returned to us.
Our customer service team is always happy to help Emma if you need help with sizing prior to ordering.
All we ask from our customers is that they return garments in a condition fit for resale. This is standard industry practice.

This company is awful
This company is awful! It’s been nearly a month now and I haven’t recieved my parcel which I paid £70 for! I would not recommend ordering from dressed in Lucy!
I’ve emailed them and they said a company has 30 days which is has been to deal with my complaint and parcel and still nothing!
Do not order from here girls, don’t trust them!
I recieved a post card through my door saying over fence my back gate is an opened gate and not closed and this is not a safe place to leave a parcel! So you need to chase this with Royal Mail! As I’ve spoken to them and Royal Mail said this would not be classed as a ‘safe place’!

Hi Siobhan, we have been chasing this with Royal Mail since you originally contacted us. Royal Mail confirmed to us that the parcel was left in a safe place behind a closed gate on your property. As you have claimed it was not on your property when you checked it would now be classed as theft. This would mean someone has accessed your property and taken it from there and would therefore be a case of theft for the police. Our services are fully tracked, which means we are able to get such details from the delivery personnel. We are currently trying to see if we can claim on your behalf, even though the results show the post man has left it in a place they deem secure from public access. Royal Mail couriers hold the authority to leave parcels in a safe place if no one is at the delivery address, unless a signature is required. As explained to you via email, we do offer a sign for service which would have required a signature for an extra £1.
We have and will continue to try and claim for this parcel even though Royal Mail currently will not accept responsibility as it was left in a secure place. The 30 days we explained to you was legal amount of days any online retailer has to deliver you goods. Your parcel has not got lost, it has been delivered but has gone missing from your property which has produced complications. You asked us for a refund on the same day it was delivered which unfortunately is not something we are able to do without further investigation. We will continue to claim on your behalf and resolve this as quickly as we can.

This company is amazing, I ordered the wrong size and was concerned about getting a replacement in time for our holiday, customer services are the best I have ever dealt with so very helpful and made sure of the size we needed and that it arrived in plently of time.
I will definately be shopping for our grand daughter with this company again. can't thank them enough.

Ordered four items of those, two were ridiculously small and the third item, a jacket hadn't been sewn properly at the cuff so it was part hanging off. The delivery was really quick however not only do you have to pay for delivery you have to pay for returns.They were sale items & the postage overall will have cost £5.50 therefore that's another top! If the sizes were as stated I would have been delighted as the quality is good. I don't think I will be using this company again as I'm very disappointed.

So sorry to hear you have had a bad service experience. Our size guide on the website states how our sizes work and this is available on each product listing online, most of our sizes run S-L which are 8-12. It does also state on a returns page as well as on the returns tab on each product that we charge £2.50 for returns, this simply covers the postage cost as charged by Royal Mail. Other than the large retailers most small companies charge for delivery and when returning items using their returns labels, we make no profit from this as we are keen to keep costs for customers to a minimum. We will of course inspect the jacket upon its return and be in touch regarding this item.

Great Customer Service!
I ordered a dress for the first time last week, for a black-tie event 7 days later, and whilst it arrived really quickly - 2 days after ordering - unfortunately, the sizing was off and way too small. I needed a larger size but as it was a sale item, there was only one left in stock. I emailed customer services who responded within 30 minutes - unheard of with any other online company! - and they have gone above and beyond to sort this out for me, and do their best to make sure the replacement arrives on time. Honestly, can not recommend them enough and the dress I did buy, although too small, was actually really good quality!
