You can try a lot of mattresses that are in the shop and there is a machine that suggests which mattress is best for you. Very helpful staff

Great attentive assistance. Interesting analysis bed. Ordered mid January. Delivered within a week. So far, so good.

I was kept updated as to when to expect my delivery via both text and email. On the day I received a text and telephone call confirming a 2 hour window for delivery. The delivery took place within the time slot expected by Connor and Drew, who were friendly, helpful and efficient.

The staff were very knowledgeable about there products and gave us useful information about everything so we could make the right decision for our particular circumstances , we didn't have a great deal of money but had certain needs baced on learning disability and weight issues and with support bought the perfect bed and mattress and a very grateful thank you

We ordered a bed, and was delivered with zero issue. We decided the bed was way too firm and needed to change it. The salesperson was amazing and had a new bed ordered to exchange. A few weeks later, the new bed arrived, the initial bed was inspected and packaged and the new bed in its place without a hitch!
