Dreams - Telford Omdömen 

We've used Dreams before for a new purchase 4 years ago, and had no hesitation in returning. We needed a new mattress. We were met by Shaun. We did the Sleepmatch thing, were treated a proper tea, and given free pillows. What's not to like!

Very helpful staff

We have dealt with Dreams quite a few times over the years and they've never disappointed. Good quality items for reasonable prices.
The latest mattress purchased is on our spare bed which has not been used yet. I will only try it myself during bad sleep times so fingers crossed I never have the need to use 🤨 Anyway, it looks and feels like a lovely comfy mattress and we've always had good customer service from Dreams so there's nothing else to say.

Asked the sales lady if the ottoman bed headboard detaches as we had another one we wanted to put on instead and the sales lady said yes. When the bed was delivered turns out you can’t and we would have never bought the bed in the first place, quite disappointed.

Telford shop staff really helpful when buying the bed and choosing bedding for our disabled son.
Delivery and taking the old bed went very well.

The bed frame is lovely for our room and the mattress is unbelievably comfortable. It is a Helmsdale (firm) and its sorted my back right out. Amazing mattress.

I’ve bought from Dreams before and had a good experience so they were my first thought when I needed a new double bed for my spare room. Sales assistant Natasha was really helpful and knowledgeable. She tailored the bed choices to what I’d asked for & I got to try out lots of different options eg firm, medium, soft. As it was for a spare room I wanted something mid range & was really pleased with my choice and the end price. I ordered on the Saturday and it was delivered the following Thursday. Delivery men were great & it was upstairs & put together in no time. Nobody has actually slept in it yet so I can’t comment on the comfort, but I’m sure it won’t disappoint.

From the moment I walked into the shop I was greeted with a smile from Jade. No one else in shop so I felt I was getting full attention to my needs.after choosing a mattress it was easy to arrange delivery. Extra was a mattress protector for free. On paying for extended cover, I received a phone call to say I had been overcharged, so £20 was waiting for me to collect. You don't often get that. All in all it was a painless experience

Staff at the Telford store were very helpful, I bought two mattresses. Very happy with the prices. Delivery was very quick had them in about a week. Overall brilliant service

Great experience as soon as we entered the store on Telford retail park right up until delivery.

The Mattress is very comfortable - it was delivered on time, plus the delivery guys were friendly, quick, took the new mattress upstair, positioned it on the bed and took away the old one. Overall a great experience.
