Great Service from Dreams
The service from Dreams both at point of purchase and point of delivery could not have been better.
Very helpful in the shop when trying to find the correct mattress required and the delivery guys were very nice and respectful when delivering to the house.
Had the mattress for nearly 2 weeks now and already very pleased with the results

Excellent service
Firstly, we checked online then went to store to view/try the bed we wanted. The sales person who looked after us was so friendly and helpful. We explained what we had in mind and he showed us various beds/mattresses which fitted our requirements. There was no pressure to buy at any point.
Once we made our choice the sales process was really straight forward as was arranging delivery.
Delivery went really smoothly on the day and at the time promised by two lovely delivery people who also put the bed together and took all the rubbish away.
Dreams will be the first and quite possibly only place I will go for my next bed/mattress.

This is my second purchase from Dreams
This is my second purchase from Dreams, a couple of years ago I purchased a new mattress and this purchase was a new bed base which I ordered online was delivered very swiftly. It was very easy to assemble. The base itself is very good quality, very sturdy and once I put my mattress on top was extremely comfortable.

Very helpful sales assistant. Product knowledge was excellent. Wasn’t pushy. We were offered refreshments whilst looking at the mattresses. The store were very informative and communicative prior to my delivery. The delivery team were very helpful, cheerful and friendly. Highly professional company.
