Incredible customer service
Dreams have the patience of a saint! I bought a bed through the Reigate branch thinking I was moving in imminently, however, it took a further 4 mths before I finalised a date.
In that time I had to change my delivery time 14 times!!!! Not only that I bought the wrong size bed and only realised 2 days before delivery so I ran to Reigate branch and thankfully Gabby managed to change the style of bed for me with the help of Michelle from head office. I’m so grateful to them as I now have a fabulous bed and it’s extremely comfortable.
Dreams have fantastic customer service, I can’t fault them, it was personal service every time I rang I always spoke with a kind person not an automated machine as so many companies are now doing.
I would recommend anyone to buy their bed from Dreams. I am a very satisfied customer, thank you Dreams for you professionalism and patience.

Bought a brand new bed from Dreams. The first one I wanted was unavailable for my delivery date so I had to up my price to the next one! Which I was very happy to do! The dreams delivery team was very helpful and kind. Dreams is the only place you should buy a bed from. The bed is very sturdy and with no problems whatsoever so ever! It looks fantastic! Excellent customer service all around A+++
