I Bought a mattress from Dreams at elk mill in Oldham/Rochdale. Ethan was the young lad who served us. He was absolutely 💯 a prefect sales guy with patience. We asked him a lot of questions and he answered them all. We were in and out and got everything we needed. It was a pleasure to speak with a young sales associate with all the knowledge we needed to know. Smart and polite. Thank you for your help today Ethan. Would definitely come back and see you again and will definitely tell our friends about you too. Your parents must be very proud of the impeccable young man you are.

Perfect goods
Perfect goods. Salesperson was extremely good and allowed me to try out each mattress and pillows before my decision. He answered all queries immediately. He quickly booked delivery date. Delivery was perfect and time slot was advised on the day. Delivery was on time an old mattress removed efficiently and promptly.
I cannot suggest any improvements .

A lovely experience from choosing to delivery.
The sales person asked us what we needed and led us to the test bed to see which mattress was right for us. They fully explained the process and how it would feel like having a massage. They showed us the range of mattresses, from top of the range down to the lower end. We tested them and chose our mattress. Then the salesperson talked us through the protection option.
They explained how it would be delivered.
We were amazed at his professionalism and happy too as everything went to plan. The delivery people put covers on their shoes when bringing in the mattress and explained that we would need to leave it for about 3-4 hours after putting it on the bed base to let it breathe, then put the bedding on. The also retold us about our protection policy.
