The delivery was neat, tidy and on time. The delivery people advised me of the returns procedure if we didn't like the mattress and they took the old one away.

What a brilliant experience from start…
What a brilliant experience from start to finish. From the sales person in the shop who made sure we got the correct mattress for us to the outstanding guys who delivered our new bed and mattress. We were kept fully informed from start to finish. Excellent company to deal with. Thank you we now have sweet DREAMS !!!!!

Dream Team Gold Camborne Combination Mattress
The mattress looks good, firm and high. However. the mattress is not comfortable for me! I've only had the mattress for nearly 3 weeks. I'm a side sleeper the button on the mattress keeps digging in my hip and this is increasing my hip pain. I went back to the store to pick another mattress for exchange which I emailed over. Thank you Peter Lally for the excellent service offered and agreeing to exchange the mattress hassle free for me. Luckily the new mattress is on offer and I'm getting vouchers back to buy tempur pillow. Well done dreams another happy customer!!

Post sale service need improvement
Overall the service was fine, the staff was

Our order was delivered to us on 13 May. Due to our busy schedule, we only had the opportunity to assemble the goods yesterday, and upon doing so, we discovered that some pieces of the wood were scuffed and slightly damaged.
The delivery was on two separate days for the bed and mattress which was really inconvenient for us. The mattress delivery driver was clearly stress out when he arrived.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the fact that your bed has been delivered with damage to it. We have passed this feed back onto our supplier so that they can review their processes.
I would also like to apologise if it was not made clear that the bed and mattress were delivered separately. This should have been addressed at the point of sale, and we will take this up with the store as to why this did not happen.
I have sent you an email with a suggested resolution to the matter. I hope that you will find my proposal acceptable. .

Trundle beds
Trundle beds are great, easy to use and great as either 2 singles or a super-king double when used with a mattress topper. Assistant in showroom was friendly and extremely helpful.
