An excellent experience!
Mary in store was a fountain of knowledge on all of the products that we purchased and all of the products in store. She was, kind, thoughtful, concise, patient, informative, thoughtful, professional and friendly throughout our visit and she filled us with confidence and supported us through every step of the process of choosing absolutely the correct products for us.
The technology available to measure and calculate the ideal mattress is revolutionary and provides more information than I could ever imagine.
Mary used that information and our personal preferences to direct us expertly to the most perfect combination of bedding products and we left feeling more than satisfied that we had invested wisely.
The time spent in store was completely pleasurable from beginning to end and I'm thankful we went into the Oldbury store and didn't buy hopefully online with any other retailers. I'd recommend Oldbury Dreams to anyone unreservedly, based on our completely wonderful, positive experience there.

I must say the best sleeps we’ve had in…
I must say the best sleeps we’ve had in a long time so far, we hope it continues because we had cheaper mattresses in the past that start off comfortable then after a couple months it doesn’t stay the same as it started, it is early days so let’s see.

Sleeping like a dream!
Wow. Excellent service from going to look at beds to purchase and delivery. I had to change delivery 3 times but had no hassle and also due to work commitments needed an early delivery ( between 7am & 9am) text and email confirmation the day before and a knock at the door at 6.45am to deliver my new bed! The two guys were efficient and quick taking my old bed away and by 7 am my bed was built and installed ready to use. The text at 7.30am telling me my driver would deliver between 7 & 9 was a bit late but marked ke chuckle. 🤭
I would definitely recommend Dreams. There is no ‘ hard sell’ and the staff are polite and knowledgeable.

Good staff and good products
Our experience with Dreams was good from start to finish. The sales staff in the shop listened to what we wanted and the buying process was very clear and well explained. We wanted the mattress delivered to another part of the UK and the delivery went very smoothly. The delivery staff were excellent and completed the whole positive process.

I had a great experience with Dreams
I had a great experience with Dreams. Chris was extremely helpful and informative, so I now know I have got the best bed for me. I was not rushed in my decision as i took time on each bed to see what would suit my arthritis. I would totally recommend them as I was very impressed with the service.
