Dreams - Oldbury Omdömen 

I paid £1200 for a mattress which I had to return as it was so uncomfortable so I changed it to a orthopedic mattress or so I thought but on inspection it turns out the top of the mattress is approximately 2" thick & the bottom part only feels like springs ORTHOPEDIC MY FOOT ,TOTAL RIPOFF serves me right for expecting dreams to give me what I paid for & not give me a suɓ standard excuse for a proper orthopedic mattress. I will not be buying anything from them again & neither should any more decent honest hard working people . Shame on you dreams! I'm now stuck with a soft mattress which leaves me in pain every morning as it's making my disability causing me more discomfort. Well done dreams you should feel richer with all the monies you swindle people out of.

Great service and brilliant product

The new bed was delivered and put together in a professional manner. The delivery guys took care inside the property and did a good job.
We have bought several beds over the years from Dreams and have always received good service and value for money.

The staff at dreams were really good and went all they way to find the right mattress for me they spent loads of time with me try to find the most comfortable one

Nicky was absolutely amazing! A true credit to the Oldbury store she was attentive with us as a family from the moment we walked in. She took all our concerns on bored and was patient with my mom and even managed to get her to try out the beds - something my mom would never usually do so fully.

She did not pressure us or make us feel like she was trying to make a sale and was extremely honest and knowledgeable. She even pointed us towards any discounts in store too. We saw a bed that we fell in love with but we need to check the measurements at home first to see if it would fit. Nicky made this incredibly easy buy taking the bed off sale and allowing us to go home measure and call her to let her know if we would be able to buy it or not. We were able to go through with the sale and when we got back into store Nicky continued to give us 5 star treatment from completing the order, assembly and extras we wanted.

Before coming to dreams I really had low expectations and didn’t think I would receive such personalised care from a big chain.

The experience that Nicky provided and the impression she left on me and the family means you now have a customer for life!

Great service in the store, delivery and assembly. The assembly guys were fantastic made the bed up in no time saving me a lot of stress was worth paying the £100 cannot fault the service from start to finish. A fantastic service offered by Dreams would definitely use again!

Sorry this review is late, as we forgot about it. Mary the sales assistant was very helpful and patient as we took some time to choose. She showed us different options and was very pleasant.
The delivery men were also efficient and pleasant.

I had a great experience ordering a bed and mattress from Dreams. Usha was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole process really easy. She took the time to explain the different options and helped me choose the right setup based on my needs.

Everything was clearly explained, and the order was placed smoothly with delivery scheduled in two weeks. Looking forward to receiving it!

Special mention for Manager and staff of Oldbury (West Mids) store : friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and following an issue with a recent bed purchase, the Manager went above and beyond in swiftly solving the problem. Wonderful experience and comfortable mattress.

All customer service was great

I submitted a review previously giving the member of staff (Nicola) a 5star for her help but their policy leaves a lot to be desired however having had to exchange the mattress for a firmer one because it was very uncomfortable I'm told that I can only receive the refund of £103 in vouchers so the £1000+ mattress was paid in hard earned cash but dreams Oldbury makes sure that you can only use the so called vouchers in Dreams a total RIPOFF all I can say is iv learned my lesson so my advice to anyone thinking of buying from Dreams is to take your custom elsewhere as they gladly take your cash but don't give back what they owe in cash
