AWFUL- Manager Shaun has a very unhelpful manner. I purchased a bedside cabinet two days ago but could not take with me as it wouldn’t fit in our vehicle. Returned today to collect the drawers but as I did not have my order number or paperwork refused to give them to me. I explained it was my mistake but it is a 30 mile round trip for me,I had photo ID with me and I could describe the item and amount paid but no it’s company policy not to release goods. Surely if a sale was made, paid for and apparently an email sent it could be traced back on their computer system. Manager offered no help or solution VERY unhelpful just said need order number.
We had planned to buy a mattress from them but after today I will not go back.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. The delivery men were so polite and friendly and they assembled my bed very quickly.
The bed is wonderful. Would thoroughly recommend DREAMS to everybody, price and service can’t be beaten.

Wonderful mattresses
Wonderful comfortable mattresses. We are very happy with our purchases. Excellent customer service. We tried the sleep match service which helped to us to narrow our search. Very helpful staff who were very patient.

So far my new mattress has been great!
I recently spent a lot of time at a hotel and slept better than in my own bed. Upon returning home I struggled to get a good nights sleep and realised it was time for a new mattress. I looked online at all the new box style mattresses, but you cant beat trying before you buy so I went to my local dreams... I tried them all and found one I loved and it was on sale! I got great help from Dennis and I also got a couple new pillows. I'm so happy with my purchase. Start to finish was a really easy pleasant experience. The mattress is great and I have no doubt in its quality. Being able to try before you buy is getting rarer now a days as everything is going online!

Sofa bed is fantastic quality and very comfortable as sofa or bed. Delivery team were also really polite and professional and worked really efficiently to assemble. They made the experience really easy and were so friendly and helpful.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff in the Norwich shop.
Didn't try and sell me something I didn't want or need.
Delivery was 1st class, flat was not the easiest to access, the 2 young guys were courteous and friendly.
This was a purchase for my 80yr old sister, but I will go back when I need to replace my bed and mattress.
