Wonky Mattress, apparently not faulty.
Delivered a Flaxby Mattress that is nothing like the one we tried and were sold in the shop. The new mattress is split tension and has a significant dip toward the centre of the mattress on the firm side (the Extra Firm side is fine). Dreams have handled the whole thing very poorly and apparently accept up to 3cm of slant towards the centre in a brand new mattress despite this being totally different to the mattress we were sold in the shop. Dreams have sent inspectors out the first was aggressive and rude the second completed the inspection in less that 10 minutes but submitted a report saying he'd been there for 60 minutes. The second inspector has said the mattress may have been damaged in delivery and the response from Dreams is that this is still our issue not theirs. Feels like an absolute Scam.

Excellent service from the Dreams Team, North Shields
Excellent service from Lisa in the Royal Quays store in North Shields. (Its Newcastle on the drop down list but really situated in North Shields). I explained what I needed and she suggested the bed I actually bought, The Francesca Natural Ottoman bed, bottom lift. Bargain price in the sale. I also paid for the bed to be built by their team and what a time saving excellent service I received from Jimmy and Alex. 35 minutes to build, perfectly done. Indeed a great service from start to finish. If you want some of the same then go visit your nearest store when you need to change your bed.

Maidstone single firm £300 GB Paralympics mattress needs topper for side sleeper good sleep straight away ribs achy for a few days then used spare duvet over topper and had great comfortable sleep 2 weeks later mattress has softened so topper only .I'm 13 stone good quality for money dual sided.

I visited the store in Royal Quays to look for a replacement mattress in Dreams. Chelsea could not have been more helpful and the whole process was quick and easy and I can't wait for my new mattress to arrive on Saturday.
