The whole process of buying a beautiful…
The whole process of buying a beautiful new bed was excellent from start to finish. The lovely salesperson in the shop was very helpful & polite, explained everything to me in great detail. The dismantling of old bed, delivery & putting together of new bed was no trouble to the lads who came. We were kept informed of delivery & time regularly. Overall, excellent service from everyone at DREAMS. Thank you so much!

Really nice people to deal with!
The salesperson, David was really helpful and went out of his way to ensure that we were happy and had made the right choices! He greeted us in a really friendly way when we entered the store, offering us a drink and time to relax while we made our choices. He then demonstrated the "Sleepmatch" so that we could choose the most suitable mattress for us. Armed with pillows, off we went around the store trying out selected mattresses! David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, never pushy. It really was a pleasure purchasing from Dreams! First class service.

Outstanding Customer Service
Our experience was fantastic from the moment we arrived at your Leamington Spa store: we were greeted by Rosie who offered us hot drinks, gave us a warm welcome and checked for our ideal bed using Dreams' sleepmatch technology. Rosie's customer service was second-to-none and we really appreciated her friendly and professional manner. We ended up buying the Davies ottoman bed frame, Rochester mattress and Tempur pillows, and are really happy with the quality of all. Rosie even threw in some mattress protectors to help preserve our new items. The items were delivered on time and the delivery team were efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to come to Dreams again for our future beds. Thank you Rosie and the Dreams team!

Leamington Spa Store… Fabulous Customer Care
We dealt with Rosie at the Leamington Spa showroom, who was super nice and helpful, from the moment we walked into the store until we left, having made our order for the perfect bed! I had my ideal sleeping position tested and was shown a variety of mattresses to try… she was thoroughly professional and took a real interest in us, to ensure Dreams deliver the right bed for us.
I would definitely recommend the store to anyone!

Visiting the shop was really worthwhile. I got to try lots of mattresses and the lady who took me round had lots of time for me. Very friendly and helpful. Ordering and delivery went very smoothly.
