Donna was very good at demonstrating the tempur beds. She gave me answers to my questions and gave me options so I made an informed decision. I tried lying on different mattresses and was advised of the various frames. I bought my tempur bed and frame. It is so comfortable as I have medical issues. I was so pleased with the free bundle!. I received a tempur duvet and 2 pillows and mattress protector. I had a very sore neck and now it's gone. It has been the best investment I've made. As I'm worth it.! So my friend said. Excellent service and product.

Purchased new mattress and pillows from dreams in irvine Debbie greeted us when we went in and answered all our questions about getting a new mattress, even got a cuppa which is rare , couldn't fault the staff in the irvine showroom and the mattress has now been delivered in under a week , would definitely recommend 👍

We were greeted immediately on entering the store. The agent was cheerful and friendly. She obviously was in command of the situation and gave us a total explanation of the products in-store. At the same time she was not pushy and gave us plenty of time and space to make our choice. An altogether pleasant experience
