Helpful and knowledgeable staff who were not pushy. They listened to our requirements and got us what we needed, of course they asked if we needed add ons etc but once declined they didn't pursue or pressure us. Excellent service.

The bed we bought has been a great investment. you can't put a price on a good sleep.

Very informative staff, asked twice if we wanted a beverage( we didn't) and very patient. Took us through the whole process and did not oversell so made the experience more helpful. The mattress l purchased was very different to what we were used to but is fulfilling it's requirements in why it was purchased. The delivery staff were also very professional in all that they did.

Excellent service and value

2025 - our first experience of Dreams. We had barely made it through the door before being greeted by a member of staff. Her knowledge was excellent and she guided us through the process of finding a new bed that would meet our needs. We were offered hot drinks, talked through the purchase and received various discounts. Excellent service from a well-trained sales person.

Delivery crew were similarly excellent.

Nothing changed when we returned for a somewhat smaller purchase of a headboard for another bed.

I hope Dreams pay their staff well - they deserve it.

Right from when we first walked into our local store, we were helped in choosing the correct bed and mattress, with smiles and advise. The 2 guys that put it together, and took our old one away, we're very curtious and didn't stop from the moment they arrived

Very impressed with the service I received from customer service lady, Lorna, who gave me a warm, friendly welcome at the Hereford store recently. She knew her product and listened carefully to my needs , which included health issues, bedroom space and my available budget. I did not feel pressured and she expertly and patiently showed me suitable items which i was invited to lay on. I found what I hope will be ‘just right ‘ as Goldilocks would say! There is no question the superb product knowledge and interpersonal skills of this salesperson helped me to make a purchase and furthermore to actually enjoy what might otherwise have proved a somewhat daunting experience.

Good service

Delivery was very soon after purchase in the shop, so no long waiting time. The delivery was quick and clean. Was impressed by the way the delivery men put overshoes on. before stepping on the carpet.
The bed has turned out to be wonderful, It is for my son who usually does not sleep well. He says that he now has the best night ever.
