Contact was Brilliant for delivery…
Contact was Brilliant for delivery time, etc. Operatives installing bed were awful & unfriendly. They Erected the TV bed DAMAGED & didn't say anything about this. I now have to have another visit (a month later) to repair replace part of the bed. Not very impressed at all with Dreams, whole experience not good at all.

Great shop assistant
Great shop assistant. Friendly, knowledgeable, not aggressive, lead to the correct decision with no hassle. Delivery arranged with no fuss. Van arrived easily within the time given. 2 men were helpful and I feel went well beyond their requirements, taking away all packing materials, and by the way the bed is super comfortable . Would recommend fully.

They came on time put the bed together but the draws was still fastened shut so was not very happy about that

Excellent buying experience
Sandy in the Hereford store was really helpful and ensured I had all the information I needed to choose the perfect bed for me. I was able to choose a date to work with buying a new house in Cornwall. The bed arrived on time and the team who delivered it were excellent too. They were respectful and careful. They took time to explain everything. The bed is absolutely perfect.

Brilliant friendly knowledgeable
Brilliant friendly, knowledgeable staff. Choosing a mattress isn’t in my opinion easy or exciting but the staff were very good with explaining the different options and made us feel welcome during our visit. We were made welcome and felt like we had time spent helping us to make the right decision.
