Very helpful assistant guiding us to the best mattress for our needs. Delivery to room of choice and take away old mattress was very good

We were welcomed to the store when we entered the store.

Douglas explained to us the difference between the beds, so fixed headboards and the headboards that are move up and down. He also went through the different in prices.

Douglas then let us have a look around without be hassled, with the information we had been given to begin with, we were abke to find the bed we were after very quickly.

We walked into the store with no idea what we needed, all we knew was a new mattress was our aim. Once Douglas Graham the sleep specialist had found us he took all our stresses away with his fab product knowledge and down to earth character. We looked at a few options and then he showed us the tempur mattress range and this blew our minds. My partner nearly fell asleep in the showroom lol. We then purchased a Tempur mattress and matching pillow each and left with a cuddly mascot for the bed. Thanks so much for all your help Doug you are a star!!

Hannah was very knowledgeable on all the products both mattresses and pillows that we were looking for.
Overall serive in the shop was excellent.
Delivery time of1 week was also great and early morning.

Very impressive service from start to finish. The store staff were very helpful in helping me to find the right mattress for me - no pressure to select a specific mattress they just helped me find the right match for me. The delivery date was arranged prior to leaving the store. The delivery team notified me the day before of an approximate delivery time and then this was confirmed on the morning of the delivery. As for the mattress - it is so comfortable. Just what I was looking for.

We visited Dreams at Farnborough this morning planning to hopefully buy a new mattress. We were greeted by Doug who was extremely welcoming. If I’m honest we didn’t really think we needed any help but it seems the world of buying a new mattress has changed since our last purchase 7 years ago!
Doug explained the sleep analysis process and we were both placed on a bed with a computerised device with all of our data loaded which was able to analyse they type of mattress that would suit us both the best - it was spot on!
Doug steered us in the right direction and I have to say had an excellent and extremely detailed knowledge of the science behind the sleep and what would be best for our various aches and pains etc.
Usually and in the past we wouldn’t have thought we needed help, - but with such an important and expensive purchase we didn’t want to make a mistake or bad choice and we both felt that Doug really helped us with that.
We did make a purchase today and we are really pleased with the decision we made.
We would both like to give Doug a big thank you, not only for your knowledge but your friendly happy manner! 🤩

Very helpful and great sales team. Thoroughly patient in talking through what my son & I needed individually for comport (medium. firmness, pros and what type's mattresses might work given our particular sleeping style).
Seamless in arranging delivery dates and advising during process leading up to timely and user friendly delivery.
