I would give 5 stars 🌟 but the delivery let them down. Regardless of including set up it would be good if the plastic cover were removed and taken away when the mattress was placed straight onto an existing frame. As someone with mobility difficulties, I found it hard work to cut open and pull off once the bed.

I walked into this just after 3pm on 9 September 2023. The store was empty besides a group of 5 staff members having a chat. I had cash to buy to new bedsets as i am new to the area. None of these staff members greeted me nor asked me if i needed help. I could have went to bensons next door but i went to Dreams one stop were i received exceptional service. Very disappointed in the staff at Ravenside

Bed ordered, good price, non pushy sales lady. Seamless service, delivered exactly when they said (4 days from purchase)

Excellent help in the store to choose a new mattress. After using the magic machine, I was offered a good choice of suitable mattresses, with the store assistant well able to answer all my queries.
I was impressed that the old mattress could be recycled, and that my mattress was British made.
It is very comfortable and I am sleeping noticeably better as a result.

Delivery on time,
Shame they could not assemble the beds and takeaway packaging.

Lovely customer service at the store by the lady with the blonde hair (sory can't remember the name). She spent some time with us...we went on the mattress tester and went through our options...nothing was forced. We took our time...thanks to her were able to make an informed decision.

Very good service, both in the store and with delivery. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

May not be the cheapest bed retailer but very pleasant shopping experience. Very attentive sales rep who helped us choose suitable mattress using their dream match tech . That and free pillows completed our bedroom refurbishment.

I have since been contacted by Dreams and this has now been resolved. The service was great and I hope everyone is treated equally whether they leave a review or not. My review was a problem with the product and this has been resolved now. Thanks Dream team.

I bought the Therapur actigel 3200 mattress last year (Jan 2022) after a couple of months we really struggled and the cooling gel actually made it hotter in the night. I complained and engineer came out stating nothing was wrong. Now the mattress is so lumpy we can no longer sleep on it. Considering other alternatives now but wasted over £1000 and don’t know what else to do. My back pain has gotten a lot worse and my lower back is now feeling sore every morning. The service in Dreams is great when you are buying but any doubt once bought return it within the time allowed. I am now going back through the customer services to try and resolve this.

Gorgeous Beds , and lovely to sleep on, specially nice when you've got old bones . Staff realy lovely, sorted me out with a great mattress, love it 🥰
