Dreams - Erdington Omdömen 

The service provided at the Erdington branch of Dreams was possibly the best I've had anywhere for quite a while. Dreams staff member Andy was welcoming and friendly and obviously knows his stuff, and the mattress he helped us to select was delivered on time and with excellent communication. Couldn't be better.

they brought us a broken bed. when we called and said the item was defective. I was told to wait for a new bed for 1 month and 5 days

Bought a bed, was told that the headboard was inclusive of the price l. When the delivery arrived there was no headboard and was told that it was not included in the price. Left a message for someone to call back a few times as no one was answering the call plus filled in a form for someone to call me in regards to the complaint but still no response. It’s been nearly 10 days since. Was giving false and incorrect advice to get a sale. Will not be purchasing anything company or recommending it to any one. Giving the impression of cowboys. Would not recommend buying from the company especially when dealing get everything written down. I wrongly assumed it was a professional company. Customer service appalling in dealing with complaint!

***Someone replied back to my review from the company claiming to call and send an email but again checked phone etc but no missed call. - I’ve been receiving calls and emails but nothing from Dreams! No v/mail left if called and definitely no emails in inbox. ***

As I'm very disabled the lady made me and my girlfriend feel important and I was impressed with her now how on the goods well done

We recently purchased a mattress from Dreams Erdington, when purchasing the mattress I was assured the product was fully refundable within 30 days if I wasn’t 100% happy with it. This was repeated by Sophia 3 times before the purchase. I went to the store the other day (within 30 days of purchasing the mattress) to ask for a refund as the mattress has been causing back pain. I was told by the manager that there are no refunds available, as this policy does not exist. We also spoke to Sophia and reminded her of the promise before the purchase, she refused that she had said this. Both denied and rejected the refund. As a customer I was made to feel like a liar, I walked out the store with no support or help from any of the staff. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Dreams Erdington, I will never purchase anything from this store again.

The bed machine was great and helped my identify what type of mattress to use as i have MS.
Richard in Birmingham Erdington store was brilliant, very friendly and gave lots of advice. showed me lots of different options and wasnt pushy and showed he cared about the customer.

Well I have previously bought a bed from dreams ,so I had no worry about the quality as it last me several years. Its value for money and the price is right . The staff are very friendly and polite and willing to help you with the right purchase. I would recommend " Dreams " to anyone look for a bed or mattress .

The time taken by the gentleman in the store (unfortunately I can't remember his name) to ensure I got the right mattress for my needs was appreciated. I didn't feel rushed and I am pleased with my purchase.

I would give 5 stars 🌟 but the delivery let them down. Regardless of including set up it would be good if the plastic cover were removed and taken away when the mattress was placed straight onto an existing frame. As someone with mobility difficulties, I found it hard work to cut open and pull off once the bed.
