I still haven't received my duvet that I ordered on the 7/01/2025. I was told in the store I will get it within five days. Today is the 18/01/2025.
Receiving the bed was excellent, on time and the fixing was efficient.

I am really enjoying my new mattress now. I am sleeping like a baby. It’s really comfortable. Also I recommend my friends and family go to dreams they’re really helpful and they really get to your needs.

We are very happy with our new bed
We are very happy with our new bed. It's firmer than what we were used to, but it has definitely helped my back pain.
A particular thank you to Mark and Ikhlas at the Enfield branch.

King-size Bed and Mattress
We were able to choose our mattress and bed with out pressured sales. We also used the Dreams automatic mattress that monitors your sleep pattern and selected appropriate mattresses from it's results.

Excellent sales service
Excellent sales service, explaining everything as I decided what bed would suit me best.I could also change and adapt my order. Delivery was good value and fast.The delivery men wore covers over their shoes and coped well with taking a large bed upstairs through a tricky stair case.They were pleasant and professional.

WILL NEVER BUY FROM DREAMS AGAIN
I've completely wasted nearly £1,800 on a mattress and topper which I cannot sleep on because they are both far too hard and uncomfortable. The topper (£800) was very comfortable in the showroom but on being delivered is very hard. The mattress (£1,000) is also very hard but cannot exchange because the delivery men put marks on it (seemed to be oil) how can oil be inside the plastic wrapper? In hindsight I should have told them I wouldn't accept it. Also Dreams do the shortest of comfort exchange period and DO NOT DO REFUNDS. So now I'm still sleeping on my old mattress and wasted £1,800.
