5.00 pm dash to our nearest Dreams - Chingford to take my daughter to look for a new Bed and Mattress to buy. Jahannis who served us first set up the test to find out the exact mattress suitable for her and then we walked around the store trying out different brands that suited. Eventually Dreams own brand was chosen as it was cheaper and available for delivery at the same time as the Small Double Bed.
By the time the store closed at 6.00pm we completed the Test, Ordered the custom made Bed, Mattress and paid for Pillows and Bed covers that we took away there and then.

Outstanding customer service
My wife and I visited the Chingford Dreams showroom on Sunday to research mattresses. Having tried what felt like every mattress in the shop an assistant (Mak) approached us and asked if we would like to try the Derams mattress matcher which would help us decide what sort of mattress would best suit us. Having taken the test, Mak showed us a number of different mattresses, all of which were very comfortable. Our favourite was one that we had already looked at which was slightly out of our price range. Mak said that he has a returned mattress of the same type which was around 30% cheaper. We viewed the mattress and decided that we would like to buy it. As we were sorting out the paperwork Mak gave us a number of items without charge which was most unexpected! He also arranged for our old mattress to be removed which saved us further expense. We had only intended to look at the mattresses but Mak did such a good job of answering our questions that we were happy to buy on the day, even though the mattress was more than we had intended to spend.

From walking in to the dreams store we was impressed with the level of service, ended up buying a bed and mattress, staff was exceptional. Our delivery arrived on time and the guys that delivered it was very polite and efficient at putting the bed together and sorting out all the electrics etc . Overall a fantastic experience

I was happy with everything
I was happy with everything. I used the Dreams mattress tester and the saleslady helped me to choose the best mattress for me. It is extremely comfortable. The bed itself and the headboard are strong and of good quality. The buying experience was easy and the delivery experience was also good and without stress.

Excellent service
Excellent service! I can't fault Dreams at all. I'd not bought a new mattress for over 20 years (!!) so I was a bit nervous about the whole process and buying the right one for me. I needn't have worried as Dreams were brilliant from the start; right through to delivery of my new mattress. The help I received at Dreams in Chingford was fabulous and put my mind at rest, all of my questions were answered immediately and my delivery date was set. The mattress was delivered on time and by two lovely gents who were a credit to Dreams. I'd paid for my somewhat old and tired mattress to be taken away and recycled, which was one less thing for me to worry about. It took me about a week to get used to my new mattress but I now absolutely love it and haven't slept this well in ages!! Thank you Dreams!!
