Excellent customer service and enjoyable experience
Bed shopping today with my husband, wasn't really looking forward to it after a recent bad customer service at a different bed shop. Couldn't of been more pleased with our experience. We were seen today by Dave. Very professional and efficient. Talked us through everything we needed and helped us find the perfect mattress and pillows. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Customer service was exceptional. We were very happy and impressed. Will be going back soon for our bew bed frame and a further bed and mattress for our daughter. Thank you for an enjoyable shopping experience.
