This is our 2nd purchase from Bromborough Dreams and only because our mattress was over 8 years. From start to finish we walked in the store and staff very friendly and helpful - gave us advice on each mattress and we decided on the one we wanted. Arranged for delivery and collection the following week. The delivery team texted and also rang us with an approximate time then again rang us when they were 30 minutes away. Came in removed the old mattress which we had bagged in the provided bag and then delivered our new mattress and removed all rubbish.
Both teams in the store and on delivery were friendly and helpful. The mattress is a dream - the best one we have had. So comfortable - 5* all round.

Lindsey in the sales room was brilliant. No high pressure sales, she was confident and very knowledgable about the products. The delivery by Sean and Christian was faultless; on time very courteous they wore over shoes and places the mattress where requested.

Met with a friendly welcome at your Bromborough store staff were very informative we were allowed to browse taking our time upon speaking to Simon who showed us the range of mattresses that we could choose from Identifying the pros and cons of each one happy to say we made a purchase and we will recommend the store to our friends and family

A lovely, comfortable bed!
A lovely, well made, comfortable bed. The only issue we had was that we had to build the bed! No offer of having that done for us, despite spending £1600 on the bed!

A really enjoyable shopping experience
A really enjoyable shopping experience, I don’t say this often when I have my two special needs children with me. I purchased exactly what I was looking for without being made to feel like the children were an issue, they were even offered juice and biscuits.

Helpful, friendly, decent sales staff who understood exactly our requirements and worked to fulfil them. We spent a long time with the chap, discussing what we need, our aches and pains and issues with our current bed and what options were available that would solve the problems. We opted to purchase the bed on finance, which was a smooth process too with a different staff member. Simon, in particular, deserves our thanks.
If you've visited this store, you'll know there is a Bensons for Beds immediately next door. We actually visited there first and left empty handed. The sales experience in Dreams was just much better.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. From the showroom choosing my bed, the customer service & dealing with my other queries, communication from dreams, the quality of the bed, the delivery, rearranging my delivery & the delivery drivers setting up my bed on the day, the easy finance options & aftercare. It is more expensive then other bed places but the service & quality has been excellent so it’s been worth it.
