Our visit to dreams was to research new mattresses
We were met by James who was both welcoming and professional
We used the sleep master machine ( which is a x box 360 )
To generate our ideal mattress
You do feel a little silly but we don’t care it’s all good fun
Then David took us through the mattresses available to us
We remember David from 12 years ago wow
He know his stuff so professional and a font of all mattress knowledge
So to cut a long review short we purchased our mattress
So happy now awaiting delivery

Amazing Service from Demi at Dreams Bromborough
We purchased our new Divan bed and Mattress from Demi at the Bromborough store of Dreams. The Service Advisor, Demi, was fantastic. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, effectively listened to our needs, gave us a choice of beds and mattresses to meet our needs, and then gave us some time to make our final purchase decision. Fantastic service from Demi. Thank you.

Customer Service 101
My wife and I were in the market for new pillows, and Owen answered all of our questions about the products and ensured we tried and tested serval pillows in-store.
He explained the returns policy and went out of his way to ensure that our buying experience was efficient and pleasurable.
I have sales experience and can tell you that Owen was just brilliant.
Helpful and professional, just a joy to speak with, and when we made our purchase, it was like we brought off a trusted friend.
I am not sure who the manager is, but I would be giving a pay raise to Owen as he does sales the right way and he is a credit to Dreams.

Great customer service
We visited the store to look at the choice of pillows and were offered assistance by Owen who I would say is the most genuine, helpful and friendly salesperson I have met.
He was very knowledgeable and at no point did we feel pressured to make a purchase. Just genuinely great customer service and helped us with our choice and purchase.
Very refreshing experience and highly recommend.

The men who delivered the mattress were very courteous and helpful and gave me good instructions. All round, a good team.

From going into the showroom and being faced by so many beds and mattresses. Demi,the sales person was wonderful. I was offed a drink before I started looking.She explained the different mattresses and pointed out the suitable ones. She also explained the different styles of beds. I chose the bed and mattress and Demi explained delivery, removal of old bed and mattress. Also that I had the choice to have the bed assembled as I was getting an otterman bed. The bed was delivered on time. The delivery men were great and assembled the bed. Darren explained how to lift the bed up and turning the mattress. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend Dreams. Thank you
