Very helpful delivery team
Good selection of matresses. Easy to order and was kept up to date on order progress via email and texts.
Bag to recycle the old matress arrived in plenty of time and the delivery team phoned ahead on the day. Arrived promptly and were very courteous nd helpful.

From my first visit to the Bromborough…
From my first visit to the Bromborough shop to the delivery of my wonderful mattress, the service has been brilliant. The shop experience was made all the better by the salesman who looked after me. The delivery men had a hard job getting My mattress which has no bend in it around the bend in my staircase. Thank you to dreams

Customer service (from Simon) was excellent, very helpful and attentive.
The sofabed was delivered on time and we were shown how to open it out (as we were in the store too) and how to take it apart for ease of moving it to another area of the house. It is very comfortable not only to sit on but also for sleeping. Very pleased with our purchase

I hadn’t bought a bed in years………
Great advice and attentive sales people made this a positive and productive experience. A little disappointed that delivery couldn’t be arranged for another two months but otherwise, excellent service.

The staff member Moses was friendly and helpful. He provided us with all of the relevant product information which made it very simple for us to make our selection. The whole purchase process was quick and easy and I would definitely recommend purchasing from Dreams.

Fantastic experience shopping at Dreams…
Fantastic experience shopping at Dreams in Bromborough. Lovely young shop assistant made me a cup of tea and advised on the best mattresses for me to try after using the bed scanner that found me the best fit mattresses for my body type which for me was medium firm. Ended up buying the therapur matress and buying a lovely therapur pillow aswell. Bought a new base bed aswell with a gorgeous full length headboard. Going to bed is a pleasure and I sleep well on my new purchase. The therapur matress is supportive and cooling aswell. Staff were so lovely and I very much enjoyed chatting with them about beds pillows and mattresses. They made feel so welcome in the store as well and they were so friendly and knowledgeable about all types of beds and mattresses. Thank you Dreams for giving me pleasant dreams and a good night's sleep.

Electric Ottoman bed
The salesperson was really helpful when I chose and purchased my new bed. When my new bed was delivered they were on time, I have had no problems with my new bed well worth buying it.

Great service and communication
On the day of purchase it was clearly explained to me there woukd be a delay of a few weeks before delivery. The actual delivery was earlier than expected which was great. The delivery guys wore shoe protectors which was appreciated and they assembled the bed quickly going the extra mile in making sure I was happy with everything. I even had a call a few days later to arrange delivery of a bed so I nearly got bogof!
